I've been out of things for ages but I'll be back from my holiday on Monday and ready to start getting Ripped again on Tuesday. DH and I are trying to prioritise exercise now that DS3 is getting a bit more manageable, especially as he's got his home gym set up. I'm hoping I'll be able to get serious with my diet and exercise over the summer as I want to lose three pounds and be able to do press-ups by the end of August.

stunt- why don't you report back to us regularly on your press up progress as a means of motivation? What are you able to do now?

DH and I did Bobs Pure Strength this morning and I did his yoga last night (as well as cardio rev on Wednesday.) DH wants to do both levels of 'Bobs Workout' tomorrow but I am not sure I am up for that tbh. Am all Bobed out. He's hard work!

Did: Mon RI30 day 3, Weds 4.5 mile run (had 2 day rest from RI30 as felt sore), Thur RI30 day 4.

Have just done a 5 mile run and now I'm motivating myself to do RI30 day 5…it is only 20 mins or so…here I go!

Still haven't got into using mfp properly, but will try again properly starting tomorrow.

Did level 2 of 'Bobs Workout' this morning, immediately followed by L4 Ripped. Phew. Think I will retreat to the cross trainer tomorrow for a cardio blast....

Ooh it's a shed and shred weekend by the looks of it! Just done L1. I find it quite easy, but L2 pretty hard, and don't think I would make it through both levels together!

Working from home today and went retro with Billy Blabks- 'Billy's Bootcamp'. Haven't done it in absolutely ages. So cheesy, but a really good workout!

The first 20 minutes seem fairly easy, but it gets considerably tougher. He uses exercise bands but when I do it with DH one of uses light weights (3kgish) instead and it seems to work just as well.

Oh I do love a bit of Billy! (Have quite a few tae bo DVDs although not the bootcamp one). And I love all the hilarious Lycra outfits. Grin

Hope the Zumba/insanity combo was fun idkick.

I had a day off on Wednesday and odd Bobs yoga yesterday as it was so hot in my inferno of a conservatory (aka the home gym!) that I couldn't face anything more. And it is hard for yoga! Have a long day in work in London today (am East Mids based so London commute is lengthy) so don't know how much time I will have to fit anything in this evening. Perhaps a single shred or 30 mins on the cross trainer. DH is back today and I am sure will want to do Bobs Pure Strength tomorrow so I should save myself for that!!

I had a tabata class last night but it was outdoors, I can't even go in to my conservatory at the moment let alone workout in there that is hardcore. I'm going to attempt ES&S when DS napping but even the thought it making me hot!
