Goodness Stunt and Kick, it must be scary to see your child have a reaction to something they've eaten! Could they grow out of the intolerance for certain things or will it be with them for life? You must be constantly checking food labels.

I gave it to him Blush luckily I had piriton, i'll be paranoid now! My other two were intolerant to Egg whites and Tomato's but they grew out of it so i'm hopeful

Spinning I think most grow out of dairy, egg, soya problems. DS3 has been egg free since last summer and he definitely reacted less at his last challenge. I'm hoping he'll be okay with it on his next challenge in October. The recent discovery about soya is a pain as it seems to be in everything. Breads are all but impossible to find but you also get soya in random things like lemon/lime jelly and dark chocolate.

Very impressive Idkick are you dieting as well? I like the sound of Bob Harper's kettlebell workouts but I'm going to stick with what I have for now until I've mastered the press up and the sit up.

It makes you wonder how much muscle you have gained, the fat loss is likely to be significantly more than 9 lb if your fitness has improved.

I can see a lot more muscle than I used to have, I was 10st in January and i'm now 8.10, i'm short though at 5ft 2

Hello! I just started 30DS this morning, on Level 1, started it numerous times before but never got very far. I'm going to attempt 5 times a week, but I do jog once a week and I do Blogilates a couple of time a week. Blogilates may have to make way for Jillian.

My motivation? Getting married next August, tried on my first wedding dress yesterday and it was a 20. A SIZE 20. For reference I am normally a 14, so was expecting 16 as I assumed sizing would be small. But not a 20.

So, it's Jillian to the rescue really. Combining with Slimming World and I'm starting a tea detox too.

Back to it after a few days away. Ripped L3 yesterday and about to do Shred L2, my least favourite level of anything! But yesterday I managed to do the rock & roll thingies without using my hands, first time since I've managed it since having DD 17 months ago Smile.

Haven't managed Day 2 yet, alarm didn't go off this morning!

Blogilates is a Youtube based fitness programme, the instructor Cassey, uploads a video a week - I think there are hundreds to choose from. She makes up a monthly fitness plan, which you can do or just choose which ever videos you like. All free!

Tea detox also started.

Well done, knotty! I can't even do the push ups yet.

Okydoke, your wedding is great incentive to lose weight. I think the dresses must come up very small as that's one big jump in size from 14 to 20!!

Kick, well done great results. Do you want to lose anymore? I'm 5f 8" and 10stone which is about right for my frame. Got Bobs ripped core coming today so I'll deffo be doing something later today!!!

Spinning, hope you enjoy Bob's Ripped Core, I like it a lot, just wish I had an hour more often to do it.
Okeydoke, re: dress sizes, shops vary so much! I'm 5'4", about 9-9.5 stone (I don't weigh myself anymore), and size 10 trousers in Next and size 14 in H&M, just an example. Don't get too hung up on the sizes, you're doing a great thing, trying to lose a bit in a sensible way.

That sounds perfect spinning so you can imagine that when I was 10st I was a little chubby at my short height Blush I'd like to shift a couple more pounds then i'll just go on maintenence mode!

Enjoy the shard Knotty, I went last year and loved it.

I've just done BH cardio conditioning!!!!! Omg I nearly gave up 21 mins in, it's hard work but I got to the end, yay Grin really think I'll feel it tomorrow......I only liked the on screen timer when it was showing 10mins left, and even then I was wondering how long till the warm up! Great work out, very sweaty!

Knotty Grin well done oke and spinning Smile had bootcamp in the park last night and we managed 100 reps each of 6 exercises so that was good, my lower back is playing up at the moment so planning to do BFBM as it has no weights
