Ok I've just measured my waist and hips is there anywhere else I should measure?

Crazy I measure bust, wrist and forearm as well. You can use waist, hips, forearm and wrist measurements in some online calculators to calculate your % body fat. If you're looking to loose weight or build muscle then you may want to measure your bicep and thighs as well.

I'm in! Tomorrow night I start at level one again. I think I got to d5 of level 2 last time, had a break for my birthday and fell off the wagon completely. Looking forward to it!

30DS level 2,D2. Enjoyed it.

Had a horrible week of being burgled. Feeling stronger physically has made me feel stronger mentally. JM did hint at this impacting positively on other areas of your life and I would agree. In a way that long slow runs never have.

Sorry to hear about your rubbish week oohdaddypig. I completely agree though that physical exercise has a really positive mental impact as well. JM has a small session at the end of L4 where she talks about using your physical achievements to be more positive in other areas of your life. I like that part, and not just because I get to lie down with my eyes closed!

Wow, page 4 already!

Just checking into the thread as I need to pull my finger out and get cracking with Jillian again this month and I have confidence that joining this thread will help me along. The support on the previous threads was fantastic and really kept me going.
I completed my 1st ever 30DS in January / Feb and have had a couple of weeks slacking trying to redo L1 just to gauge my new fitness / strength levels. They have definitely improved and I think I need to bite the bullet and start Ri30 before I lose what I gained with 30DS.
Got the ILs staying tues / weds so will do my last L1 30DS tomorrow and start Ri30 on thurs when I get my house back!

G&T - typically the aches are bad for the first 3-4 days and then ease off - stick with it!

L1D1 done. wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, I only had to stop once and that was at the beginning. I suspect tomorrow will be harder as I will be aching from today.

Signing in to the March thread. Hello everyone!

30DS L1D4 done. Was feeling good about finding the weights easy and then did the side lunges. Ouch! I'm trying to shred every other day as I do a lot of walking. I already feel stronger so can't wait to see the physical results!

Shred done for the day.
The start up acheing was quite debilitating IME but eased off by D4. I found more Shredding each day actually loosened things up.
Back in a couple of days for Ri30.

30DS L1D6 done and L2D1 as well as I was finding L1 wasn't working up enough of a sweat. No such problem with level 2.

A lot of people find they need smaller weights for the 'anterior raise' than they can manage for other moves.
