I need to have someone to do this with, I tried it once and got to day 3 but then gave up. Please join me if you want to attempt this with me.

StuntNun - can you manage a situp with your arms fully extended in front of you? If you can, do those and gradually move the arms back to the standard position.

Errol I'm completely rubbish at sit ups, can't get up at all unless I pull on my legs. I could possible manage with my feed under the sofa so I might try that.

IdKick I follow the MN low carb bootcamp which doesn't allow any bread at all. I was reading Whole Grains Empty Promises yesterday and the author reckons wholemeal bread isn't any better for you than white bread. I think he approved of sourdough bread.

I'm really sore today which is bad, but worse is that I'm not entirely sure how I've done it.

Hi all, can anyone tell me which level on 30day shred gas the least jumping? I have managed to tear my calf muscle today whilst running but I need to carry on with JM. I am soooo disappointed. I was in the middle of my first week 9 couch to 5k run. :-(

MissSmiley - I can't remember offhand but I'd suggest you just substitute different cardio moves, anything that doesn't hurt the injured leg for any that do. Shadow boxing is an obvious one, with weights if you need to up the intensity.

MissSmiley, I've had the same problem but with my ankle. There are a couple of Jillian Michaels vids on YouTube that don't have much jumping - Shred with Weights level 1 (just avoid the weird getting-up-and-down move), and Killer Abs level 1. There's also a yoga one but haven't tried that yet.

Shred and Ripped In 30, which I was doing before the ankle issue, have not only ordinary jumping but lots of throwing yourself about in plank position etc.
