But seriously, if there was a pub called The Brexit Arms, I would avoid it like the plague. Round my way it would be full of retired golf club types in blazers, who live in bungalows with rows of begonias bordering their manicured lawns and turn up at the polling station in their big purple and yellow rosettes.

Of course it's not all unicorns , it's really irritating to be talked to as if I'm some simpleton. For me, staying in Europe was a worse long term prospect than leaving. Neither was rosy. I'm happy to stay and chat but if the bloody 'you're all racist thickos' comments start up I'm off.
