Anyone fancy a new challenge? £250 by Easter?

I'm not sure whether it's a bit early in the year for ebaying but I still have mountains of stuff to get rid of!!. Most of the over 99p stuff I had has sold but there is still a lot of things here that might be of interest to others.

After feeling a bit fed of ebay before Christmas I seem to have recovered a bit of enthusiasm for it again after receiving some lovely feedback on items that I didn't expect (I need to have more confidence in what I'm selling!!).

Anyone else want to join me?

I had a clear out, but so far haven't sold much. I listed a lot of children's clothes (ages 7/8,8/9,and 10) all starting at 99p, but not much uptake yet. All were on 5 or 7 day listings, am wondering where I am going wrong! maybe need a re-think.

Sorted out DS2's clothes and have some 8,9,10 yrs to list. Not much so might do a bundle and see what happens!

Can I join too? I've started another thread as I'm trying to get to £500 by June, but I think I could possibly do £250 by Easter. [hopeful emoticon]

Just checked my link and it's not showing all my items??? Anyone have any idea what the last few things I put up aren't there?? Or am I getting the link from the wrong place? I'm clicking on my username at the top of the My Ebay page and then clicking on "Items for Sale". What am I doing wrong??

I have taken photos and have a pile of clothes ready to list! Just need to make myself get on with it lol!

Bah! I have just tried to list a couple more items before going to bed and it just cycles round asking for my username and password - it won't accept them. I had this problem on the last free listing day - I managed to list some of the items but then couldn't do the rest. Anyone else have this problem?

And yes - I have restarted Firefox and re-booted my mac.....

I have had quite a good week as well - I sold 6 out of the 11 that I listed on the "Free Listing Sunday". Four of the items I failed to sell were re-lists which required zero effort, so don't really count!

So, although I didn't officially join this this thread at the beginning, I have done quite well since the beginning of January and I must be nearing the £250 target! Before I go and add things up:

Is it £250 adding up all the sale prices before postage and fees?

Or is it £250 profit after postage and fees have been paid?

Just started to list bits on ebay agan after not doing it for ages I thought you ladies might give me tips and urge me to keep listing as I am getting rid of all my baby stuff and all the clothes are immaculate.

I think this is called joining at the very last minute, but I would like to join if I may? I am not trying to raise money for Easter though, I need to raise £245 over the next few months to pay for my dd's school camp next year. I made about £50 after Christmas which took care of the first payment, but I need another £30 by the end of May I think.

I have 45 items listed. Tortoise, you may be interested in some of them as there are quite a lot of girls' clothes age 7-8. Also, some boys' clothes, one or two books and toys, and some women's clothes. I have quite a few watchers but only 5 items will sell at the moment.

My last listings didn't do very well. Stopping now until after Easter. After that i have a mixed pile of womens clothes to list. Charity shop had 3 items for £1 offer! Fingers crossed some of them sell.

Dumbledore Had a look at your items. None jumped out and said bid on me. Am looking for a spring coat age 8 if you or anyone has one to sell. Can't find any i like! They all seem to plain and dull lol.
