Early Spring Clean : Anyone for a 400 pounds by Easter challenge?

Was listening to a radio programme the other day about making money from your old things and it made me realise how much stuff I've got 'waiting to go on eBay'.

Just wondered if anyone fancied a challenge to see how much we can each make from selling the unwanted stuff we have by Easter. I reckon I could get to about ?400 maybe?

We'd have to share our eBay names, and then keep a running total of everything we sell between now and 31st March?

For simplicity's sake I'd suggest we just tot up the totals invoiced (incl. P&P)rather than the net profit IYSWIM?
To include only unwanted items - not trading of new goods etc....

I thought if it became competitive it might spur me into action more !

after ebay fees and paypal fees and postage cost my total for week1 stands at £196 so half way there

All my BIN items have ended. Only one item sold.
Do i relist? Were prices too high?
One watcher on yesterdays listed stuff.

Can't remember who on here it is but the Gap boys jumper age 10,I have my eye on it. DS1 is desperate for bigger clothes.

This is the latest stuff i put on.
There was a link before of the 1st lot i put on. I think the dining table can go a bit lower. I didn't really expect videos to sell anyway.

tortoise relist if it sells you get the listing fee backmy friend had a bag up twice no bids but put it on again and it sold for £22. Try ending it at different times though I am not one to give advice - not doing too well at the mo ---£15 after paypal fees and ebay but am listing lots tonight and tomorrow.

I am just too impatiant to wait 10 days. Maybe will re-list bin stuff for that then.

10 days is long time but it is on for 2 weeks then esp if you have popular key words ie next vertbaudet monsoon etc you et tw weekends viewers
I also find that if you have stuff finishing all the time it gets more people looking at your other stuff
apparently mon night in between the two corries is a good time to end too

well someone has asked me for a bin price for my perfume so I did a seasrch to see how much they go for and found this

Im watching 3 girls 4-5 items! This isn't helping me make money if i spend it again.

I am taking part in this challenge but at moment only have 2 items on ebay; waiting until weekend to list more. Need to catch up as only 90 quid in the kitty so far. My ebay name is rach13171

i've not got anything listed at the mo am going to do a load at the weekend again. got an SLR camera and a variety of lens to sell plus other bits and bobs. i will post a link to on ofmy items when i list it so i don't have to actually write out my user name which is also my real name.
