I'm flying solo too-everyone away, no one around. Sure I'll be bored by Saturday and be glad I'm seeing the optician for an eye test so I have someone to talk too

Yeah same here, just doing brunch with a friend on Saturday and lunch with another on Monday. Thinking of doing a bit of shopping tomorrow as a treat (haven't bought anything new since I started this process) but the rest of the time I'll be on the couch with Netflix on!

@PhoenixMama if you feel like it's too much and you need to talk to someone, I'm around and happy to meet for coffee or something 😊

Thanks so much all for the offers! It'seems the pink one i need, but I have just read on the clear blue site that apparently the readers sort of adapt to your personal hormone levels so it sounds like maybe I do need to buy a new one, bum!! Or pethics this us just a clever lie to sell more!

In other news, I just got 'hilariously' trapped in the foyer of my office, separated from all my belongings, last thing before the easter break. Had to bang loudly on the door for ages til the only other person there heard! But now I'm freeeeeeeeeeeee.....

Oh dear snork glad you got out. I have quite an exciting weekend ahead. My cousin is visiting from Finland for the 1st time in 3 years so meeting up with her and her sons on Sunday with my nephew. Will be interesting cause her sons understand English but talk Finnish and my nephew doesn't talk or understand Finnish. They are all around the same age so sure they will come up with a common language of play

Snork, I think it's only the purple one (dual hormone) that memorises your levels. The pink is just an expensive basic opk so you should be fine

Hey all. I've been off board again! Today I took as hols and took my 8yr old nephew to gullivers land as his birthday treat. Babies and kids everywhere and I was fine! Yay! We had a great time.

Also spent time eyeing up all the buggies. I was liking the three wheelers, but actually the bugaboo donkey even in solo is fabulous it's little sidecar would be awesome for my poodle, I mean nappy bag.... So yeah, just need a baby and I'll be grand!

Sounds a fab day stork. Haha I'm always looking at things like that-buggies,baby bags lol..... as u say we are slightly missing a key ingredient 🙄

Ffs!!!! Feking pi$$ing clinic definitely hasn't requested the money from my card as they were meant to. I've phoned up bank and they said there is NOTHING pending😡😡😡😡so feking angry. Why feking tell me it's coming out on the 13th!!!!!! So if the money isn't even requested till Tuesday it then has to clear presumably before they'll fax off the request for meds!!!!! That leaves less than 8 days before I'm meant to start the first injection IF they order them on Tuesday (when the money won't have cleared!!!) arghhhhhhh!!?!???!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭

Pushchair wise, the Bugaboos are great. I'd highly recommend the Cameleon. You can get funky coloured fabrics for them too.

Oh no pickle is that your clinic closed now for the long weekend? That's really annoying, I hope they will sort something out for you as it is their mistake not yours that they haven't taken the money. No idea how the prescription thing works.

I'm not sure I will try ringing tomorrow anyway. I THINK they have a little bit of back up meds at the clinic for if people need extra but i don't want to rely on that. I just want my meds that are supposed to be ordered!!!!Was so excited and yet again they've screwed that up and I know I'll ring and I'll either sound like a psychopath or cry

I swear this journey wouldn't be half as difficult if didn't have to worry about the admin side of things fcking up (sorry anyone that doesn't like swearing unfortunately I do it a lot when I'm angry)

I keep telling myself that perhaps someone up there is making it harder so WHEN (pma) I get a positive it'll feel all the more special but seriously 😫

It shouldn't be that difficult, seems like the admin side lets a lot of clinics down. Hope you get to speak to someone tomorrow 🤞🏻

Seriously, it's appalling the way clinics handle the admin side of things. Mind you, my clinic never forgot to charge me!!!
I would try and call them tomorrow. Even if reception is closed they would have provided you with an emergency number.

You're still within time, I know you want everything to work as planned (and I agree it should!) but unfortunately chasing seems to be part of the journey. Yet, it is unnecessary stress and that's why it makes me so angry 😡

Grrr @pickle....why do they make things so stressful for us!?!

I'm going to enjoy not being pregnant this weekend. Positive of a BFN.
I'm going hill walking tomorrow. Curry and beer in the evening.
Boxing Saturday and a beach bootcamp on Sunday.
All things that I couldn't have done if AF wasn't on the scene.
