He allegedly left her with a lot of bruises.

His evidence today is coming across as he is trying to insinuate that the doctor's evidence wasn't true.

Both defendants claim there was no bruising, that could be true bruising develops over a couple of hours

It was common knowledge that McGregor was the accused.

There is also a video floating around of Conor and Dee (blurry, poor quality) which a kid 14yrs and his mates managed to take uploaded on SM. He got my details arrived at his door and school looking for him.

Apparently not going to guards due to court case, dealing with it himself.

The Lir is a bit different though, it's something like 16 places that 500+ apply for. By the time you'd get to the stage of applying for it it would probably be obvious to everyone that you are heading into acting. There'll be years of expensive dance, music and drama classes, performances in panto/stage/film etc before that point for most though there might be a couple of raw talent

listening to his and the other defendants evidence, it is very much she is a slapper, this a shakedown.

But this trial was only filed after DPP refused to persecute and held the refusal after she appealed.

I don't think money was her number 1 goal, it was justice.

This reminds me a little of the OJ Simpson case, didn't meet the burden so didn't get justice but civil court has lower burden of proof.

Justice of sorts, a win here is still guilty on his public record.

I am sure most if not all women in this thread know someone who was sexually abused in some form or another.

To want to go to court and put herself through what can only be described as a hugely traumatic experience.

I find it hard to not believe her, she is facing down aggressive heavy hitter solicitors, no expense spared and I feel between her testimony and medical evidence she is holding her own

I think he is absolutely capable of rape and I think she is telling the truth. But as op said it doesn't look good the girl messaging him that night. She looks fame hungry at the least. As for the video of Conor & Dee, I assume they were getting it on. Should be entitled to their privacy but I suppose you need to be very careful when you are in the public eye. Should make sure blinds are down etc.

I always thought he was a skank. He packed in his job and claimed unemployment benefits for years. Which gave him the time to train MMA. I'm not a benefit basher, but that is blatant abuse.

That combination is going to mess with anyone's mental ability to assess the situation.

His strength could very easily pin her down rendering her unable to move.

It's a hard one to call. A lot of rape cases are.

A lot of the actions were of Nikita pursuing Conor. Which is not wrong. It's just pointing out that there is not much evidence in this case for rape. And juries often don't convict unless there is extremely clear evidence.

For example a gym owner in westmeath sexually molested one of his clients . It was in the news recently. There wasn't a lot of evidence of that singular incident. However there was a lot of correlating evidence, when they found video evidence of him videoing naked women in his gym. So there was evidence that he was sexually deviant.

There is not a lot of evidence to show conor is guilty of rape in this instancen However I think thather bruises may sway the jury to find him guilty of assault.

There's a video he put online of his long term partner performing a sex act on him on a boat at sea,she wasn't aware he was filming...so he's done that, won't marry her and cheated and assaulted other women... yuk

It's a civil case so is balance of probabilities rather than reasonable doubt. I'd say the fact that she was black and blue and had to have her tampon surgically removed, the balance of probabilities is that she was violently raped.

She's very brave to take this forward given the last woman who tried to stand up to him had her car burnt out and a brick through her window

Someone on a different forum said that nikita had her car burnt out. I just saw it in a forum. I don't know if it's fact.

I believe the woman who got her car burnt out and window smashed was the woman who was a family friend whose arm was broken after getting into an altercation with McGregor on a yacht. Yes. There could be more than one woman with her car burnt out , if that's how his gang operates.

Nikita is extremely brave alright. Because there's a high chance of this going the wrong way for her.
And if he is found innocent, she would probably have to move away from the area.

Money wouldn't be worth all the hassle for me.

I can only imagine that a deep sense of burning injustice in her, as the police woukdnt charge him at the time, and that she did suffer a lot of psyological damage, may be driving her on to do this
