He allegedly left her with a lot of bruises.

They are already linked in many ways though I’m not saying Conor is any of the above. One major criminal was at his sister’s wedding.

Was just listening to a podcast about the case and they were going into the testimony by the co-accused James Lawrence. He was in bed with his girlfriend right before jumping in the car and going with McGregor and the 2 women to the hotel.

Is everyone in Dublin suddenly in open relationships?

Say what you will about women staying with sports stars for money, there are plenty of women putting up with a lot and not even getting the compensation of a sports stars lifestyle

I don't think James Lawrence's girlfriend knew he was going to meet someone else. I bet she didn't agree to it.

The men that cheat don't see any problem with it at all.

They see it as a good thing for them

Did you all see that conor mcgregor has now threatened the young teenage boy that took the video of him and Dee.

He is sending the teenager messages calling him a cunt.

Dee's not the one on trial , but from talking to people in my workplace today, a lot of people are disgusted at Dee as well.

It's one thing staying with a cheater.

Dee is staying with a man who has allegedly beat a woman black and blue and told her that he would kill her.

If you let abuse happen , and don't say anything, it doesn't make you look good either.

It's like the case in the UK news recently. Where sara sharif was murdered by her dad. The dad beat her black and blue for a long time. Then killed her.

Everyone is disgusted at the dad. But everyone is also disgusted at the stepmother, as she knew about the constant physical abuse and did nothing to stop it.

And we can't say that Dee doesn't know about Conor physcially assualting people.

So many people have accused conor of assault over the years.

It’s not at all like the case in the UK news where the abuse of a child could have been stopped earlier.

Look, it’s very easy to judge and assume the worst of someone. Perhaps she feels it would be dangerous to leave? We don’t have a clue do we? I find all the gossip about her extremely distasteful, so I’ll be leaving the thread as advised.

I think it is like it. She is ignoring and condoning the abuse of others.

No one in their right mind would bring a case like this forward for fame. She has been tormented online alone, the absolute hatred and name calling , people calling her all sorts because she isn't the perfect victim?

This case was only brought when DPP declined to prosecute, this is her only alternative to get her story out.

Whatever you think of Dee as a person, can you imagine trying to leave him? It’s not like you could just move away and never see him again, because you’d have to co-parent with him. I don’t think I’d try and leave either if I’d managed to get into that sort of a mess. I’d stay, fawn, and cook his special separate meals and hope for the best.

I feel sorry for Dee and the children. It's terrifying, exhausting and head wrecking living with a violent abuser.

McGregor is a violent, abusive, rapist skank. I've no doubt that none of them can say "no" to him because they know what he'll do.

I’m struggling to feel sorry for her. I feel like she’s condoning what he does by staying with him. I do feel sorry for his kids who one day will be able to read all about his antics.

I don't feel sorry for Dee.

He is up for a rape and assault charge,and has left a woman black and blue, and dee just happily stays with him. It shows me a lot about dee. He has left a woman with bruises all over her. And dee is still staying with him. I don't think she's an innocent little flower.

There are loads of places she could go to if she left him. She has lots of money. But she stays.

I doubt he would be that upset if she left him, he would just go on to be with someone else

I do feel sorry for the kids.

And I feel sorry for the child in England, if it is his daughter and he has abandoned her.

I wouldn't assume she has access to money.

Look what he is like in public, other women, I dread to imagine how he behaves behind closed doors.

She is not married to him, apart from child maintenance she would be entitled to very little and I would expect him to fight her every step of the way.

I feel in some ways she is as much of a victim as the other women.

I remember I went to the USA five years ago.

The minute i opened my mouth and they heard my Irish ccent, every American I met was going on about Conor mcgregor. He was so popular over there. He was huge over there.

I remember saying that I didn't like him amd that he was nasty, and they looked at me with shock, like I was insulting God.

He was like a God over there. I've never seen such worship!

I'm glad they finally may see now, what he is actually like.

With his mindset, he wouldn't just let her go, his pride and ego wouldn't allow it.

Unfortunately it may a case she is safest where she is until she is able/wants/ready to escape safely and 4 kids in 6yrs is hard physically, mentally and emotionally.

He has the money to tie her up in court for years

Maybe we’d have some sympathy for her if she hadn’t had more kids with him and she wasn’t flaunting their lifestyle all over SM. Over the last 6 years she hasn’t once looked like a woman whose partner is facing a rape charge. She looks smug and delighted with her life. If I was her I’d be fucking mortified and would be keeping my head down. He’s a dirtbag and an embarrassment to Ireland. I hope to god he gets his comeuppance.

This was just one random weekend out for him - hopefully her case will encourage other women to come forward.

The medical evidence is pretty strong that could get it over the line.

Plus I think it is a mainly female jury, not sure how well liked he is with a lot of women.
