He allegedly left her with a lot of bruises.

Disgusting man . I hope this time with the evidence that is coming forward that he us actually jailed.

Listening to the case , in my opinion it doesn't seem like there is enough evidence for sexual assault, but there is enough evidence of physical assault.

It's a civil case he won't be jailed unfortunately

Yeah she is still with him. Apparently she knows that he cheats and she has stayed with him through all of his cheating.

This one is very public though so it must be embarrassing for her.

I've seen bits and pieces on social media but I don't think it's getting covered to a great extend here in Scotland, evil man from what I have heard.
On another note I had seen a case on SM regarding a wee boy that was missing and then his mum went missing and now I can't find anything about it, his name might have been Kieron? It was so sad what I saw on SM, is this still an ongoing investigation?

Nikita Hand is a brave woman for standing up against him, knowing that there will be people who say it's her fault, by virtue of being a woman.

I remember hearing rumours about this when it happened. I hope he is found guilty.

He had an amazing PR team/management team about 10 years ago. He didn't put a foot wrong and played up the "deprived area kid turned success" part.

Then he got too big for his boots, and that all went out the window. He doesn't give a fuck anymore. There was only so long he could keep up the pretence before his true personality came out.

I can't look at his smug face.

This is true, but if he's found liable the DPP could face pressure to revisit their ridiculous decision not to prosecute him in the first place.

Even if she doesn't succeed, he has been tarnished now and the next woman he tries this with is more likely to come forward. Or better still other women in similar situations historically will come forward.

Whatever happens I hope that woman never feels like she 'lost' her case. The truth and evidence can often be miles apart, even in a civil case. The most important thing is people believe her and admire her bravery.

I find it mind boggling that Dee sticks by him all the time. It’s pathetic.

I'm actually shocked that he admitted having intercourse (whether it was rape or not) with her, I thought he would deny it to the ground. Can't believe Dee knows this and continues having babies with him. She was heavily pregnant when this happened, what a disgusting excuse of a man.They'll definitely go for another baby, they want another girl I think.

Also what about the little girl in Liverpool. Was a dna done on her? Everyone doubted her mother too.
