I have been buying this for years and suddenly occured to me just how much I love it and how little it costs!

Tesco everyday value hair gel 15p! It's not too sticky, nice smell and fits in my hall table drawer :)

What do you love that costs very little?

Sainsbury's basics chocolate and their basics cornflakes.

velocity1 · 29/09/2014 10:14

Sainsburys Basics Cornflakes. I used to love the Basics Baby Bath & Baby Shampoo (for me) but they discontinued them and brought out a 2-in-1 which is rubbish

Triooooooooooo · 29/09/2014 10:16

Aldi white chocolate buttons, 35 p for a big bag.

Couldn't live without tinned tomatoes either which are 30p ish.

Oh and also tinned potatoes, 15 p for a big tin and fab in fritata or bulking out soups which have turned a bit watery. I always have a tin in the cupboard.

spongebobsparepants · 29/09/2014 10:18

Tesco Everyday Value rubber gloves. Can't remember the price but a pack of three pairs lasts for ages. They're so good I make a special trip to Tesco just for the gloves as they're so much better than Sainsburys version

furcoatbigknickers · 29/09/2014 10:20

Tesco paracetomol less than 30p

wantacatplease · 29/09/2014 10:21

Asda Smart Price nappies. £1.50ish and don't leak, are gender-neutral and keeps my dd's skin nappy-rash free.

lucysmam · 29/09/2014 10:26

Sainsbury's Basics tea bags. I go to Sainsbury's just for them when I go to town.

Make a nice cuppa compared to Asda watery ones. Haven't tried Tesco Value ones in years but they used to be so bad.

misstiredbuthappy · 29/09/2014 10:30

I love smart price super noodles 19p a packet

gojiberries · 29/09/2014 10:37

Another vote for Aldi tinned potatoes. Love them and they're only 15p. You can make a lovely veg curry with these - cut them in half and add some onions, tomatoes, sweetcorn, spinach, in fact any leftover veggies you have lurking in the fridge. Add some coconut milk and spices and you have an amazing curry. Absolute bargain!

ilovechristmas1 · 29/09/2014 10:44

agree Sainsburys t-bags basic's

jonicomelately · 29/09/2014 10:48

Aldi anti-histamine. I think they're 79p. They are really good.

TrisisFour · 29/09/2014 10:56

Asda Smart Price Tortilla Chips (49p for a big bag)
Asda Smart Price Toffees (29p for a big bag)

Both of which I have in the cupboard and neither of which I can eat because I've started my diet again today!!

Oldraver · 29/09/2014 10:57

Aldi soft cheese 49p

GailLondon · 29/09/2014 11:05

ASDA value tinned sardines 34p. Great for cooking with.

Redpriestandmozart · 29/09/2014 21:00

Excellent, love it that most stuff is under 50p :)

Tesco everyday value Jaffa Cakes...Better than proper branded ones, they are the best as verified by everyone I get to try them.
Morrisons savers peanut butter. Perfect chunky nut/smooth blend

MyOneandYoni · 29/09/2014 21:09

MAdame Glamour (or whatever it's called) the 4.99 perfume from Lidl...

Fluffycloudland77 · 29/09/2014 21:09

Tesco sanitary towels 15p for 10.

FullOfChoc · 29/09/2014 21:11

Tesco value multigrain crackers 67p never any left in the packet!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/09/2014 21:12

Sainsbo's Basics feta and mozzarella. Wouldn't really want either in salads, but both great for cooking.

Sainsbo's Basics kidney beans.

ChippyMinton · 29/09/2014 21:45

maple pecan pastries 34p from Lidl bakery.
