Probably to make it larger than a possible bubble. Easier for the police officers to be sure the fine will stick. It won't just be two households bubbling

@Sostenueto glad someone agrees with me! People treat the daily reported infection rates as actual gospel. There are thousands of real cases not being counted.

I’m beginning to wonder why I watch them, the press are obviously muzzled because they do not ask the right questions. It’s just the same thing over and over.

The thing about testing figures......my DD a careworker is tested 4 times a week 2 lateral flow tests ( 30 minute tests) and 2 of the other sort that's sent away. Do one person 4 tests multiply that by all careworkers getting 4 tests a week then that throws a different light on those numbers of people tested doesn't it?

They vet the questions put when doing public announcements to.a certain extent.

So really it's the number of TESTS not the number of PEOPLE.
