I can see us going into a full lock down again soon. I live in an area which has had low infection rates since this started. The nearby towns have been much higher. In the last few weeks our numbers have skyrocketed and we are now in tier 4. It looks like this new mutation of COVID-19 is taking a stranglehold. I think that this briefing might mention that

Aliens or Zombie Apocalypse.

Brexit will be in the follow on questions, as it's not been mentioned in the spoilers.
