Grant Shapps is an odd one. He seems too smooth and strangely detached from proceedings. I can't explain what it is that concerns me about him.

Yes I thought this too. He keeps glancing at Boris whenever he's talking, instead of speaking to the cameras. It's very weird, like he's quite startled and constantly checking that he's sticking to the script correctly.
