5, which includes our youngest child. We're all waiting for tests.

  1. 2 elderly (85 plus), 8 relatives (3 in their 40's, one in their 50's, 3 children under 12 and one in their 20's) of which the youngest was hospitalised and the rest teachers and TA's in my school or neighbouring schools. I am in tier 4 but someof my relatives are in tier 1, 2, 3.

27 confirmed
12 probably, but before testing was really in place but had had contact with a positive case.
6 deaths
2 long covid (still suffering from March/April)
1 probably long covid (March, but one of the 12 probables as they never got tested)

I'm in a low area, know a number through work, and have relatives/friends up north.

No-one I know well has had it. My daughter is a primary school teacher and she has escaped it as had my grand-daughter who attends a different primary school (no cases there!) I've just done 3 weeks work in a secondary school and neither myself or the team of 14 I worked with contracted it.

None of my friends or any of their family have had it. One of my closest friends is a district nurse and neither her nor her doctor daughter & son-in-law have caught it. None of my extended family have had it. Two of my close friends run nursery schools and they have also escaped it.

One of my friends was unwell in March and thinks she may have had it but it was before testing so we'll never know.

In some ways it's really hard to get on board with all the restrictions when you haven't been affected by it all but we are following the rules the best that we can. We are in the south-east too and have just been put into Tier 4

Well, since my first post I can add another 10. My partner is one. Received the good news yesterday. Luckily we have followed the rules and I haven't seen him. He caught it at work, frontline services.

Quite a few - lots of parents in my dc's class, a few of my secondary pupils, a few friends. Fortunately none seriously and all now recovered.
