Cummings’ wife has a sister in London. Could she not deliver any food?

Sparkesy · 23/05/2020 17:02

FGS Daily Fail

StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:03

It would seem not.im in Durham and had no idea there was no food in the rest of the country.
I'll send food parcels for a few guys.

This guardian woman is doing a good job. Shame about the noise around her

FurForksSake · 23/05/2020 17:04

Apparently family in London and it was his mother's birthday. But that's irrelevant as it was a mercy dash for the sake of their 4 year old.

Sparkesy · 23/05/2020 17:05

Was that the poor guardian reporter's doorbell going?
She did really well arguing her point if it was

StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:06

That daily mail guy is doing very very badly. Guardian woman is just keeping her mouth shut and letting him talk crap!

Is that what it was, I thought I was feedback! I saw her eyes flick, she's thinking about her latest amazon order isn't she.
Glad she can multi task!

I’m sure all scenarios of who was ill are being pushed.

Also, snapps said that mum DC and child stayed at the second house and just needed to be near family for food to be delivered. Wtf? They could have done that at home.

I’m fucking sick of the lies and untruths.

Re people (DC) using common sense, reminds me of Rees-Mogg on Grenfell...

Music101 · 23/05/2020 17:07

Dan Hodges is almost more annoying than Cummings.

StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:07

I coughed ten minutes ago. I need my mum

Laaf80 · 23/05/2020 17:08

@Sparkesy I assumed it was her parents letting her know she was on the telly 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Music101 · 23/05/2020 17:08

In the pay of him 😡🤮

Well if you ever needed to see a man whose bollocks were on fire, look no further.

What a joke and an absolute slap in the face for people up and down the country. Lies, lies, lies.
Jenny harries, who I used to like, was floundering and she said herself that all members of the household should stay and isolate unless there's a serious risk to life. If they were that seriously ill how did they drive 260 miles?!?

StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:12

How exactly. They probably stopped for fuel too, I hope all service stations on the m1 are checking their security cameras.

OP posts:
StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:13

I suspect shapps and harries are currently having a socially distanced drink

OP posts:
StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:13

And wishing Cummings harm

OP posts:
AnyFucker · 23/05/2020 17:14

Hodges laughing and calling the pushback against Cummings "lunacy" is a really bad look. I am surprised he managed to not call the general public "hysterical"

The female Guardian journalist was articulate, cool and summed up well what the issues are

StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:15

He was backed into a corner and had few arguments. Hence the GORN MAAD fallback.

OP posts:
Redcrayons · 23/05/2020 17:16

Is it wrong I’d hoped it would be Priti Patel today?

Laughed at him inserting the boring stuff about trains into his answer about Cummings.

AnyFucker · 23/05/2020 17:17

It appears that Cummings took his virus with him to Durham simply so someone could deliver food to his doorstep

Don't tell me that one of the most rich and powerful men in the UK could not make that happen in London

StealthPolarBear · 23/05/2020 17:18

Exactly. If he rang up number ten and said look we're really struggling to the point where we're going to have to travel to access family help, they'd have swung into action. Boris could have lent him a spare nanny.

@StealthPolarBear I said that earlier in the thread, the man works for the prime minster ffs, I’m sure if he’d have sought support it would have been arranged! The government had the opportunity to be more transparent about it but they’ve chose to cover it up because they realise how hypocritical this decision was!
