Just a Yes or No thread there are hundreds on the ins and outs of this.

This morning I read that Matt Hancock is claiming support for an extension is strong amongst the public but that’s not the impression I’m getting from social media

So, will you stick to the rules if lockdown in the UK is extended for another 3 weeks

Yes or No

No

Yes

It's worth remembering that most people are doing their best and following the rules.

Social media always brings out the vocal ones.

Yes

Pertella · 28/04/2020 10:36

What trapped said. I have followed, and will continue to follow the actual rules, not the ones made up by the MN martyrs, curtain twitches and frothers.

HermioneWeasley · 28/04/2020 10:36

Yes, but I don’t support it

Yes- breaking it would mean putting my older relatives at risk, they are my closest family, so there's hardly any incentive to break it, like shooting yourself in the foot.

theneverendinglaundry · 28/04/2020 10:39

Yes, but I am struggling now.

I will follow the law and I will do what I consider reasonable.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 28/04/2020 10:40

Yes, I think we need another 3 weeks. I'll hate it, mind you.

SeriouslyRetro · 28/04/2020 10:40

The thing is, if lockdown continues we can’t go back to normality even if we wanted to. Can’t go to the hairdressers, nail salon, mooch around the shops, go to a cafe to meet friends and have some linch, have some coffee and cake etc etc etc.

So will I continue to be in lockdown? Yes. Because there’s nothing else to do.

Springersrock · 28/04/2020 10:40

Yes.

I’ll be following the actual rules and not the rules that people on MN and social are making up as they go along.

As I have been doing the whole time
