Lots out cyclists out, but can anyone honestly say every one of them look like they're exercising! Perhaps more evidence for for full lockdown?

Also Richmond is not 10 mikes out of London. I live in East Sheen - London with a London postcode but in the Royal borough of Rich, one Upon Thames - that borders Richmond (the town centre) . You can walk into Richmond in 10 minutes and it is one road that you cross that divides Sheen SW14, from Richmond. So it's actually zero miles from London.

It's appalling behaviour no matter where it is.

Richmond is a London borough so a little surprised folks think it's ten miles outside London

It is making me so angry.

I run from my house and I am quite rural where I am. I will be gutted if I can’t go out at all.

The ones who will suffer the most are vulnerable elderly and unwell Londoners. Put at increased risk of catching it because of those flouting the rules. Yet those breaking the rules, sunbathing, taking risks will be the people prioritised for hospital beds, being mostly young and (presumably by their risk taking) in good health. It's other Londoners who are most affected by this. And, a stricter lockdown will impact those in cramped small flats with no outside space. There's a lot of poverty and bad housing in London.

Distances between areas are not measured between the outmost border of one district touching the outmost area of the other. They are measured from a central landmark in the city - in London it is Charing Cross. The distance is 8 miles or 13km and 9.1 miles by road so the poster who said 10 is correct.

And you needed to mention specifically cyclists? 🙄
