I feel better this evening. Weirdly I prefer the evenings to the days. Sitting about watching TV or chilling out in the evenings is normal and you don’t feel like you should be out doing something. Next week we’re going to get onto a proper routine. Get up exercise (some Joe Wicks HIIT on YouTube) , then when DD gets up she’s going to do the Joe Wicks PE session daily. I’ve also signed her up to Mr Khan’s Academy as her school aren’t giving them much work or online classes. I’m going to improve my Spanish and I fancy doing an Excel course if I can find a decent one online. We’ve also just had some books delivered from Amazon. I got DD one of the Steve Jackson/Ian Livingstone choose your own adventure books which I loved when I was her age. I can’t wait to revisit that!!
Tomorrow I’m going to clean the house. I’m actually quite looking forward to that! Something to do 😂 Usually a job I hate!!
Hope we all feel better soon. I think we have to let ourselves feel down and realise we can’t be positive all the time in this situation. Taking the days in bite sized chunks, having a plan and allowing ourselves to have down days from time to time is the way forward I think.
