Are we surprised? I mean this happened multiple times last time. I do wonder if the media will report.

According to you I am wrong. funny that a Israeli newspaper appears to back up my claim. But what do they know?
https://www.timesofisrael.com/cabinet-vote-said-delayed-until-saturday-night-as-us-urges-swift-approval-of-deal/
You're wrong but instead of admitting it, you deflect to the usual Israel loves killing kids BS.
You said that I didn't. Are you denying that 16 000 children are dead?

WTF are you going on about?

Your 'gotcha' link says the cabinet was delayed whilst kinks were ironed out, I agreed that occurred.
Part of that was Hamas not agreeing to certain things. There was also official proceedings and Shabbos which contributed to the delay.

There is a theme of attacking certain posters even when they are in agreement on this forum. Bullying behaviour is never attractive.

As shots are fired at civilians, a key ally proposes to "just clear [Gaza] out".

Yes your right, every single poster who doesn't rush to post on every single thread must condone murder. Its the only explanation. 🙄

On a thread about the murders I would have thought it was the obvious thing for people to say.

Instead we've had discussions about everything except what actually happened. The definition of ceasefire, what counts as disinformation, the validity of certain news sources etc. Nothing about the dead civilians.

Nothing you can say to dismiss my point will make that fact normal.

Absolutely ridiculous. You really are clutching at straws to demonise anyone who supports Israel.

Nonsense. The title of the thread was about Israel breaking the ceasefire. Of course people are going to point out that that was factually incorrect. The title of the thread was not about dead civilians.

Lalaloveya · 26/01/2025 18:04

The OP is about the murders. It's the point of the thread.

It was just an observation. It's not unusual behaviour here. In fact it's the norm.

Dont deliberately manipulate my point out of context. That quote was in response to an example of an IDF operation against identified terrorists which took place before the 7 October - the point being that there was a ceasefire pre 7 October & legitimate security operations against terrorists were not a breach.

As I also said
'You can't just make up the terms of a ceasefire and then try and emotionally manipulate people because you've been called out. Its a matter of facts and reality. That doesn't stop anyone caring about someone being killed, you just cant twist tnat into being a breach of the ceasefire just because you want it to be'.

This thread is about Israel "breaking the ceasefire".
Naturally people are going to point out that is made up BS.

Perhaps instead of perpetuating untruths and tracking who you think likes murder, you would do better stating the facts and not continuing with the lies.

I don't feel I have to virtue signal and express sympathy for innocent civilians. I assume that's pretty much a given both for pro-Pal and pro-Israel.
What a shame you do not.

And what do you mean by "not unusual behaviour"?
What are you trying to say exactly??

Saying that something is "not unusual" means that it happens with regularity.

IWishIWasABaller · 26/01/2025 18:44

Yeah I'm just trying to work out who exactly you mean?
Could you be more specific please or are you just talking about all people who care about the ME?

Well it's not true in Gaza...there are plenty of child terrorists...Hamas boasts about them...children there are indoctrinated from a young age to strive for martyrdom, to be a "shaheed" ....supported by their families. I'm sure you can find plenty of videos if you search. There are ( or were) summer camps for children to teach them to be terrorists. Terrorists groups came into schools every week to teach the boys how to use rifles. It's a baffling mindset.

If what you say is true, they are not terrorists, they are groomed children.

You're perfectly happy to see them shot?

At what age would you draw a line? 7? 6? 5?

just listen to yourself. You are justifying the murder of children.

Silence1 · 26/01/2025 22:47

Let's take a look at Israel, glass houses and all that.
It's Minister of National Security an elected Govt official who many Israeli citizens supports and who seems to have BN by the goolies: his mother was active in a terrorist organization as was he.

His childhood "He first joined a right-wing youth movement affiliated with Moledet, a party which advocated the expulsion of Arabs out of Israel, and then joined the youth movement of the even more radical Kach and Kahane Chai party, which was designated as a terrorist organization and outlawed by the Israeli government. He became youth coordinator of Kach, and claimed that he was detained at the age of 14. "

The radicalised settler children in the documentary I shared - should they be shot /maimed/starved/left to die slowly trapped under rubble?

Wow. No I don't want to see any children killed, obviously! And yes they are groomed children..."groomed children doing terrorist tasks"? Is that a better description? I wish for a better life for them too.
