I've just seen a video of the Israeli finance minister Bezalel Smotrich stating he wants a Jewish state, Greater Israel which includes Jordan, Saudi Arabia , Iraq , Syria and Lebanon. He’s basically calling for mass genocide !!!

This has been a long-term dream of certain elements for decades, and I suspect people now feel sufficiently empowered to see it as achievable. But everyone's supposed to just look the other way and not talk about it.

Tbh I think people don't pay much attention to him because he's abit of a nutcase and widely recognised as one.

Have you got more info about that as I can’t see him saying that in the video in your link. The subtitles look a bit ropey and there’s no link between what he’s saying and the later part that includes all the other countries. It may, of course, be some out of context editing.

This is (apparently) a minister of a government we support with the manufacture and supply of weapons.

This isn't going to happen. Can you imagine all those countries agreeing to it? What right do they have to take all of that land? None.

Sorry, who exactly is harassing mumsnet to zap "threads of truth"? And how are they doing this? The only thread on this board I've seen deleted recently was the one about how all Jewish people hate Muslims.

I don't know about zapping threads, but I have asked a few times on various threads whether posters support the 2 state solution called for by UN in the 1950s, or whether they support 1 state with equal rights for all citizens ie Jewish and Muslims and Christians all sharing democracy, etc, and why, and have received no replies. What do you support?
