I never claimed the photo came from that account. Just wondering why its okay to complain about bias in the DM, for example, and not the account for a pro-Terrorost account.

And as much as I don't like the mail, the idea that the twitter accounts of people who think Jews are awful and October 7th was great is not something that fills me with hope.

I only mention photos - as these appear to primarily shown from links to SM accounts on this board. In general, the camera doesn’t lie.

For example, photos and videos of support for Palestinians around the world show how strong sentiments are about what is happening, despite the biased nature of reporting in some parts of the press.

Equally- a photo of a hostage says a thousand words, which can’t be easily discounted because, let’s say, they were posted by an Islamophobic poster.

Photos today can easily be doctored. And ever heard of AI?

Of course the camera can lie.

And there is the whataboutery and completely ignoring my post.

Read the thread title. It isn't about marches in London and how they make people feel.
It's about the march that took place in Jerusalem and the affect it has on the Palestinians living there.

Aggressive because I stand up for myself ? I will take that as a badge of honour thank you. Aggressive to me suggests shouting and swearing. I am firm, yes. I will not be bullied.

I would be very happy if certain posters disengage with me - including you as I don't like posts where somebody comes to another person's rescue or supports them in this context.

Returning to the actual point of the thread, I do wonder what the authorities have actually done to deal with the individuals and groups responsible for religiously and ethnically motivated violence and aggression on the streets of Jerusalem during and after the events...

In the same way that the UK authorities have done nothing to help UK Jews feel safer in the wake of the anti-Semitism on campuses, marches and stonings.

jusr saw a video from a Spanish journalist who lives in Jerusalem and who has been in the past harassed when going live in the Spanish tv. It’s about settlers attacking Palestinians and forcing them to put the Israel flag on their shops

Look whatever you may feel no one is about to come to your house, forcibly remove you and then move in. There are numerous incidents of this in Jerusalem/Al Quds, so to then have a parade by those same people is on another level.

While we all accept you say you don’t feel safe no one desires to throw you out of your home, your farm, your property in the UK. The Palestinians are facing a very real imminent risk.
