I've been watching Al Ajzerra from the start of judgement. Apparently the decision will come in around 45 mins or so.

Judge Joan E. Donoghue has sat down in the ICJ and begun the court order. She began by laying out the Hamas attacks on the 7 October and how Israel responded. Judge Donoghue mentioned “massive casualties” and “extensive destruction” in Gaza.

UN undersecretary general " Gaza has become a place of death and despair...", WHO reported from North Gaza, 93% is facing crisis levels of hunger and disease.
