IDF shot a 9 year old boy

Why is this not in the mainstream news? I thought there was a ceasefire!

We saw the full evidence unfortunately. The primary aged child was running away and was shot in the head. As much as you want there to be there is nothing that can justify this. There is no 'evidence' that can make it OK to execute a child.

Eg - like I said before, innocent bystander, did something, in the way, IDF soldier shooting him without reason and on purpose?

That is what I want to know. It may be different to what you want to know but I like knowing why things happen too.

There are absolutely way to justify a small child being shot. Its painfully, desperately sad. But there were also absolutely no reasons why a small child should have been out in the area where there is armed conflict, throwing grenades at soldiers. None of these kids should have been there.

The area the raid happened is what is considered a safe zone for the Palestinians
It wasn't in a conflict zone

Truthfully, if it was Hamas in that scenario, shooting at 2 Israeli children, would you be saying the same thing?

Would you sit there and say hang on everyone, maybe there is a reason why they're shooting the children? Hang on everyone don't condemn until you have the full story?

It's the IDF who were in the 'wrong place'

The street was a non-permitted area for them- it should have been safe

It was not like he was simply walking down the street, in the video it looked like there was a bunch of kids throwing something at soldiers. This is very dangerous, and obviously not something a small child should be involved in. But of course not a reason to shoot him.

I didn't say it was acceptable, I condemn the death of any child, regardless of skin color or situation.

Ill leave @Jupitersstorm words here as a response to your post.
And when you feel upset reading them perhaps you'll have empathy and understanding for the upset that is felt when the death of another child who's only fault was being born on the 'other side' is questioned as justifiable until 'events leading up to it' are clear.

Be patient and wait for what evidence to surface? It was shown on the BBC News at 10 last night. Videos interviews the lot. There is no other evidence! This was a child murdered, running away in the West bank. I don't care what he did before he was shot because he was not a threat running away and did not deserve to be executed. As I said upthread, in Northern Ireland plenty of teens used to throw petrol bombs at the British army and thankfully most did not shoot them dead.
Anyone who is trying to explain away the murder of a child is beyond the pale because there is no justification for it whatsoever
