Or, unfortunately, also seen taking part in "Hamas" activities. Maybe those are not civilians? My point is, it's hard to tell. I wish you were right that Hamas went around with big badges saying "baddy." It would make life a lot easier all round.
The fighting forces of Hamas are estimated as being between 30,000 and 40,000 in number. They wear military fatigues and carry weapons.
The remainder of the populace is not armed.
Dropping a bloody great bomb on a refugee column, because there are men included and - who knows - some of them might be in Hamas? Is not any sort of legal excuse, or justification under international law.
Even if one of them is armed, killing dozens, scores or hundreds of non-combatants is illegal as being unproportionate under the internationally agreed norms and laws of war.
Not to mention being amoral and fucking evil.
