We're getting serious this time BESHies. Welcome to the Palace, where the emphasis is on sophistication. Cast your eyes over the plush carpet, admire the oh-so-carefully worn leather armchairs with sidetables and little green lamps. We have the Bonds of the ages as barstaff, waiting to serve martinis and the finest champagne.

To your left you'll see the Pit, which hopefully we won't be needing much. To your right the Cave of Gloom, and straight ahead we have our special space for the 2WOOFL. You'll find beanbags and gym balls there, the walls have been specially painted to allow you to write your symptoms up and wipe them off if they disappear. It's all the rage for Blue Sky thinking these days. And there are donuts and coffee to keep you going as you try to shift that paradigm.

How are you enjoying mat leave?

iggypiggy · 23/06/2010 10:23

bess feeling good fank you am just over 36 weeks and fucking huge if we are honest - but only a huge bump - everything else the same size! I am on a consultant led thing - I picked the consuktant first - he just happens to be at the hosp - if that makes sense? I have heard v. good things about the midwives tho - also watched them on that TV prog too and they seem lovely - are you using them? How you been feeling?

poo it is very good - I am liking it

loulou you going to glasto?! So jealous... hope the extra FFJ is good sign!

scorpy you settling in to chat with Richard Dawkins today?

Headbanger · 23/06/2010 10:24

Camel darling, am still too choked to comment sanely so shan't try Please to accept this Chanel-scented slightly-too-long embrace instead.

Gin, Muse, Camel .... Scorpette next, and don't think I can't Make It Happen

Bessie123 · 23/06/2010 10:27

I am with a consultant this time too, Maggie Blott. Which one are you with? I used the midwives last time - they were lovely but I thought the one I had for the birth was less good, and quite bumbling. A friend of mine who also had her thought the same. But I know a great midwife who assists the consultants if you're having a vaginal delivery. I'm jealous that only your tummy is bigger, I'm huuge everywhere already.

Scorpette · 23/06/2010 10:30

MassWee, Omen away for me! I like your thinking

My temp has gone down a point the last 2 days (usual sign of approaching droid) but I has had a bit more FJ since OV, with a slightly yellowish tint - was glaring at it suspiciously after this morning's cigar - a la PolPo, so am confuzzled now. Still feeling a bit low over my crappy luteal phase: 12 days only, with spotting starting before end Dare I dream that this month might be DIFFerent (geddit?)?

iggypiggy · 23/06/2010 10:32

bess is Donald Gibb - for reasons I won't explain on here but he is very nice. There is also midwife that he works with who is lovely. Am sure you aren't huge... are you due in Sept?

Am still reeling over all this BESH news... It seems that BEshies mainly get diffed in clumps - which is nice cos you can all do the thing together...

PollyPoo · 23/06/2010 10:32

Today is a truly wonderful magical day and I am just so bloody happy! (Apart from the bit where I got woken up at 5.50am this morning by Boo and later had to chisel bits of shreddie off her body. She'd been busy decorating herself from head to waist while I caught up on the palace news)

Lets have a BESH party!

Scorpette · 23/06/2010 10:32

Iggster, had forgotten about the Dawky chat, cheers!

Scorpette · 23/06/2010 10:38

Is it very wrong that I am now imagining me and Drom having our baybees together and then playing together as they grow up and then getting married (whether they like it or not and whether they are the same sex or not )? SQUEEEEE!

Dawky chat is a bit dry - he's not answering very quickly and fred is full of Christian types asking why they can't send their kids to faith schools and have them taught that Evolution is a lie and that Homosexuality is a sin, etc.

CUNextTuesday · 23/06/2010 10:40

OMG DROMCAMEL!!!! Just hauled my lazy carcass outta bed and THIS is what I've missed

Words fail me on how happy I am for you. Loving these waves of diffment so we are comrades in arms at crucial moments Team PESH!!

I'd dance, but my bra has to stay on and one foot must remain on the floor at all times, just in case...

PerfectDromedary · 23/06/2010 10:40

Scorps My LP never sorted itself out. Last month I started spotting on CD21. I dunno whether that helps or not...?

MountTheFairy · 23/06/2010 10:44

Can't believe it, can't believe it, can't believe it, can't believe it, can't believe it, can't believe it, can't believe it, can't believe it! What's going on!?!?

WOOOOOOP for Perfection! Amazing! Which ever one of you hags concocted the MSDP is a one powerful hag and I would not want to be in the way of a bad spell!

GinerBiscuit all vibes your way and a wooden stick I am brandishing in my nekkid dance. Sure it's fine though.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEY

PerfectDromedary · 23/06/2010 10:48

Mountie I know you is in much the same boat as I was with the whole assisted conception lark. I now have a childishly naive faith in wheatgrass and wellman preconception vitamins. Clearly they did something useful to TNB's sperm... Just FYI!

Cunty GO TEAM!

And Scorps arranged marriages are totally the way forward.

PollyPoo · 23/06/2010 10:52

Scropes my never LP never sorted itself out properly either - month before diffment was 8 days, month before was 10. I still think it was the needles and herbs. (Oh yes Drom, and the wheatgrass!) Keeping everything crossed for you my little choux fleur Scorpelina.

PollyPoo · 23/06/2010 11:03

I am so excited I can't even type properly. Must get arse off sofa and shower but am too gripped by MN today.

Scorpette · 23/06/2010 11:04

Whoop! Dawkins thanked me for my comment! This is a doubleplus good day! Am going to rub it in TYF's face - Dawky is his hero (mainly cos he is married to an ex-Dr Who assistant - sigh).

MountTheFairy · 23/06/2010 11:04

Yeah, due to exam cramming I forgots your exact situation, PerfectDiffed, but I remember there was stuff with the TNB. Please remind me. (Or should I be punished for forgetfulness by trawling old freds?) Mine is on Wellman...

Wheatgrass? I have to go for those freshly squeezed juices? My brother makes me drink gallons of the stuff when he is in town, being Da Believer.

I meant GingerBiscuit before.

PerfectDromedary · 23/06/2010 11:10

Mounts We were supposed to be heading for IVF due to tubal/hormone issues on my side and a criminally (less than 1 million per ml) low sperm count on his. Not quite sure where this boc has managed to come from.

Wheatgrass is grim as juice. I have been buying this which is probably the only way that I could have got TNB to take them. Also omega 3 and pycogenol? (sp) which is in the Wellman anyhoo and ginseng.

PollyPoo · 23/06/2010 11:12

Mountie you can buy wheatgrass in capsules - much more palatable. I got 6 months supply on ebay for about a tenner I think. Will try to find link to dealer supplier.

PollyPoo · 23/06/2010 11:17

Don't think they have any on ebay at mo, but here is link to the other shop

wheatgrass

PollyPoo · 23/06/2010 11:19

Sorry PerfectMummy, x-posts.

MountTheFairy · 23/06/2010 11:24

Aaaah, that looks better. Thank you laydeez. What are female of the species taking nowadays in the way of vitamins? I tend to believe in all fresh organic, blahdy blah, but figured, what the heck, I'll try some supplements. Taking folic acid afterall!

PerfectDiffer, it must be the power of the BESH. Also, my Spunk Dispenser has had very varied results, none perfect, but extremely different, so I am sure if TNB has been all vitamined up and healthy and whatever, it probably made it all better!

Scorpette · 23/06/2010 11:37

Ok, am menkulling now - if I go to the gym for the first time in 6 weeks will it knock a potential BOC off me womble with the shock of actual activity?

(I also have a blister on the bottom of my foot from walking too much in swanky gladiator sandals yesterday. Gorg, but leather sole too sticky and flat)

PerfectDromedary · 23/06/2010 11:42

I did go to Fite Klub on Monday and out for a run last night, in determined denial. Run was horrible - made me feel sick and my right boob (ONLY my right boob, mind you) hurt like a hurty thing. But BOC has stayed in place so far.

Could argue that more movement = more blood to uterus = thicker lining = more chance for the BOC.

laurielou · 23/06/2010 11:46

poo loads of FJ you say

scorps my temps are up & down. Did increase on CD18, dropped dramatically CD19, big increase again the next day & has climbed steadily since. At this rate I'll be off the top on ma page!

My face aches from grinning so much today!!

Oh, is having to have a bar of Dairy Milk or I might've died a diff symptom? Its certainly not a droid symptom, I'm oddly not one of those droid / choc addicts. Or is it (more likely) the willpower of a gnat & lard arse sympton
