Hi girls, this is the new, combined thread. I figured that only those lucky enough to manage it this month would make it into spring, so I'm aiming for a big summer belly. Good luck to all of us!

I'm surprised they asked you to test at all. I thought they asked you to come back in 14days after transfer for a blood test?
It's a bit worrying if they thought you were someone else. Don't you have a unique number to give? Sounds a bit unprofessional, but if you haven't taken fertility drugs I'd say a positive was a positive.

littlestarsweeper, don't know anything about it really, but could you not phone up again and try and get some answers to why you are not supposed to test early? Otherwise it's gonna be a very long week for you. Really hope for you that it's a true positive

MandM, good luck tomorrow (assuming that your willpower is still intact ) and have fun with Noddy and friends

Good luck Little Starsweeper - I hope your test turns out to be right! Fingers crossed.

Managed to resist the temptation to test this morning. Dh says I should wait until Sunday - who is he trying to kid???!!!

I'll be back with either or news on Monday!

Quick update - Dh has just e-mailed to say "get that test done first thing tomorrow, I'm too excited not to know!"

Results will be in 9.30am Monday!!!! Oh please be +ve......

artoo, have you tried ringing your surgery? they often get the results sooner than you get the letter.

Try to get up early so you can surprise him if it's a BFP.
Artoo, I agree you should chase it up, otherwise you could still be waiting at Christmas

i can't wait for news, mandm, been thinking of you all weekend with fingers crossed and they are starting to ache!!
not much news from me. i'm on CD20 and have very heavy boobs and need the loo a lot. BUT i had this last month for the last week of my cycle so i haven't got that much hope.
DP took me to mothercare yesterday (a miracle as he hates the place) and i was going all 'aww' at baby things and checking out pushchairs etc.

Homemama, I am on CD34, but expecting another long cycle. Will test on the 2nd Sep, if AF hasn't shown up by then.
I have been doing really well all month, but just know that now that (I think) I have ov'ed I will be analysing every little niggle and pain etc, wondering if this is my month.
Need to stay sane, need to stay sane, need to stay sane....

As far as my smear goes, I did call the surgery, but they said there was nothing they could do as the results would come directly from the analysis centre to me.

I'm on CD24 today and I've woken up feeling yucky with very tender breasts.
We didn't really try this month so I'd be very surprised if pg. Maybe I'm just hormonal!

AF due either fri or sat as since DS was born my cycle is either 28 or 29days.
We were suppose to be avoiding OV time this month because of move but we forgot the night before I seemed to OV.
I wont be disappointed if not pg because it will make the house move much easier. DH will expect me to lift boxes if not!
