Trying for February baby?

Hi

I am new to Mumsnet and was wondering if any Mumsnet users trying for a baby would like to chat. I have a dd who is 2 and want another baby desperately. I have only been trying for one month and thought I was pregnant last month but was wrong. I got pregnant within a month with dd and thought the same would happen again. Could use some baby dust.

Just seen your message on the due in March thread and seen you are 3 weeks 4 days. What made you test early? What test did you use?

I always test early! No seriously though just had a funny feeling this might be our month, no symtoms or anything though! Have a very regular 29 day cycle, used a first response test and got the two lines!

I know I am setting myself up for bitter disappointment but I 'feel' that this could be the month. I feel so nervous!!!!!!!!!!

Had been trying "properly" for almost a year. Temp charting, the works! Thought I had my cycle down to a fine art but this month we had a go at OPKs and they obviously did the trick.

Hope you're right trix that is exactly how I felt!

Due date of somewhere between 2nd and 5th March when I put my different dates in the babycentre calculator thing!

Where does one get one's hands on early preg testing kits? I can only find the usual at Boots. I am due to test this week and don't know if I can wait until after my AF due date.

www.mumzmall.com sells em very very very cheap - Mine came through next day (but I know her)... if you put a message in your order saying that Flamesparrow sent you too

Starryeyed I got a +ve using a first response (from boots) 4 days before af was due, tried boots and tescos own afterwards and got -ves until the day af was due

Since I stopped the pill my first cycle was 28 days and my second 30 days so my AF is due either 28/6 or 30/6. But I feel really unwell today. My boobs are very sore (which I don't suffer from normally) but my whole body is hurting generally. Think I am coming down with something. Plus persistent headache and bloated tummy. Not in a good way. Not sure whether to wait or test. Am so scared it will be a BFN. As you know my DH is away at next month just when I am OVing so next month is a write off. I only have a clearblue test at home which you can test on the day AF is due.

Will be out of the office tomorrow and day after so next post will be Thurs. Sorry girls. Will let you know then. I may have to wait till Thurs to test in any case. GOD...

Hello girls.

Back from wonderful holidays. Had a really good time - walks on the beach, trips to waterpark with DS, who now loves water, lots of time together as a family with hardly any arguments!!

Flame, can see you have been driving the lovely ladies crazy...come on tell us now, now, now, now. Agree with MandM that you sound far to cheery for a BFN though. Hope we are right

Good luck with testing Starry. I am away to Paris with work for a couple of days (not as cool as it sounds, will be stuck in a conference room for 2 days ), but will be back on Thursday for your results!!

Am on CD23 (is is just me, or does the days seem to go really slow?) don't feel the least bit pg, but if I'm not, it's won't be for lack of trying We'll just have to wait and see.

Today is DS's birthday, he is 2. Can't believe it's been two years already!!

As for me, still waiting for first AF 2mths after giving up BF.
