Hello girlieo's
How we all doing?
stac so good to be back! I missed you all!
beanieb congratulations!
Dont worry boo I feel exactly the same today... maybe its all the rain? some moments I am positive but then days like today i am so pessimistic I just like to think we will get there... somehow. I sometimes think i just dont deserve this to happen. gutting thoughts.

Anyhow after all that doom and gloom DP mum's remarrying tomorrow I really thought I would be pregnant by this big day.

Sorry for the rant. Fingers crossed for my bfp's!

xx

Clure · 15/05/2009 17:37

hello all

fruitbowl laughed at your comment about keeping mucus thoughts to ourselves Right does grapefruit juice encourage CM?

lucygrif IUI is cheaper though not sure about the success rates. But I do know that my friend started the IUI process and got as far as the injecting herself stage then fell prenant. Anyway hoping for a good result this weekend for you

My hot flushes have been awful today. Someone parked over our driveway, the lady moved her car but i was getting in a tiswas as she hadn't left me much room to reverse out - I felt a hot flush come on, soon majorly sweating put on my sunglasses and they steamed up - trying to reverse car - not good!

Day 4 of provera for me. Yesterday had a repeat bloodtest to check hormone levels. Think they may show if I'm heading for early meno or just generally wonky hormones.

clairebear88 · 15/05/2009 17:52

Oh so sorry - Beanieb I'd not read from the top of the page and missed your news. Many congratulations thats really wonderful news. Don't feel guilty for getting positive result first round. I did last time round.

boo hug for you

stac hiya, I'm on day 4 provera. Feeling ok apart from being a sweaty betty! Did you take provera this time or did you get a "natural" AF

MamaMaiasaura · 15/05/2009 20:34

Hi congratualtions beanie you're not a fraud - just lucky xx

Not yet decided on dose yet but had nightmare getting my prescription from gp as they lost fc letter and the prescribed me chlomipramine which is an anti depressant!! I onlyrealised their error when i actually got the drugs from pharmacy. Really shocking as that could have had serious affect on my health (and ds2's) especially at 150mg dose in one go.. Am very cross about it all.

I alsao got a bfn yesterday so hence starting the provera and have had some really crappy days in general, ah well. Weekend is here so things can only get better eh?

Awen hiya. Thats bad, GP mixing up your prescription. Have you started provera today? Have you taken it before, and do you get any side effects? Sorry 20 questions!! I read to leaflet and am paranoid about side effects!

stac14 · 16/05/2009 00:32

awen thats shocking news about GP surely they know the difference.

clure I got natural af this month so no provera but I had 12 day period last cycle 11 days clear then AF again so bit of a weird month, on CD 8 AF just finished yesterday nightmare. Grapefruit juice is supposed to help CM xx

boo and amelied I know how you feel its so hard when something so natural take so long to happen, but I believe we will all get bfp's

Welcome back clairebear sorry to hear about your colleagues, dp was threatened redundancy too luckily he is safe but felt sad for his mates

xxxxxxx

KiwiKat · 16/05/2009 17:21

Beanie, hurrah! Am thrilled for you.

tetleytea · 16/05/2009 17:53

Hi all,

Hurray! My parents have left - feel so free! I love them dearly but it's hard work having them to stay so long ...And now we can have our bed back!

However, one good thing about it.....i was too busy dishing up food and trying to pretend OH & i are not complete domestic slobs to think about the 2ww...

sorry to hear about the af's turning up fruitand amelied. Beanieb's
BFP has given me loads of hope though...Haven't there been lots of bfp's in the last week or so?

For a change I'm completely convinced i'm NOT pregnant this month. However, i suspect i'm just trying reverse psychology on myself...

Have a good weekend everyone.

fruitbowl · 16/05/2009 22:00

Beanie excellent news you lucky so and so!! A mini Beanie! Hoooorayyyy!

Awen - that is majorly scarey about the drugs cock up. Good job you noticed. Sorry you've had some crappy days. Hope you feel better soon.

Tetley good luck with the rest of the 2ww and anyone else who's waiting...

I've just realised that I decided last month to try and avoid choc when taking the clomid tabs as I'd been suffering bad migraines. It seems to have completely slipped my mind tho as I have just scoffed half a massive fruit n nut bar without realising. What a pig! Serves me right if I wake up with a banger tomorrow

Clure · 17/05/2009 15:04

Hi all hoping your enjoying weekend. I've just done the "Race for Life" in torrential rain! luckily rain stopped for a little while during the run. Great atmosphere. Am bit tired now as I ran quite fast (my logic was if I ran faster I could dodge the rain )

Finished provera yesterday and had a few momentary twinges bit like period pain type (if I can remember that far back!!)

hope rest of you are well xx

lucygrif · 18/05/2009 10:27

Hello ladies - CD32 today no sign of AF yet and I rarely go over 30 days (although I was 8 days late a couple of months ago). Have all my fingers and toes crossed and will be doing a test shortly. Good luck to all. x

lucygrif · 18/05/2009 10:46

BFN!!

stac14 · 18/05/2009 12:30

Hiya lucygrif
Sorry to hear about bfn, are you ok? silly question I know. I am sick of seeing BFN's if it comes back positive I doubt I will beleive it.

How are the rest of you ladies?
