I'm 36, TCC 1, never wanted children and now have done a complete u-turn!

TCC 1, Cycle 2, UCL 28-33ish, CD12

Can a 30 year old first time TTC'er join you. Have just laughed so much i spat wine all over the laptop reading some of the posts on this thread

makingafamily 30+ check, wine check, what's your cat status please? colour of your living room walls?

Oh gawd, I'm back on CD1 as the witch got me this morning (after 2 BFNs in quick succession).

The best thing though is that I am still on cycle 2 as have taken an executive decision that cycle 1 didn't count due to mistimed/not enough BDing due to general ignorance and the following scenario:

1. DP/performing monkey getting all arsey about his new circus animal status and refusing to fulfill his manly duties
2. Me hysterical
3. Me threatening to leave him FOREVER
4. Him running out of house NEVER to return
5. Me still hysterical, but now turning it to good use on DIY as we would need to sell the house now we were split up
6. Him turning around and coming back
7. Me sheepish
8. All lovey dovey

I've tried my hardest not to really talk to DP about TTC (not quite as bonkers as it sounds, honestly). Obviously he's more than aware we're trying, was his idea in the first place, but we're desperately trying not to make it into an issue & keep it all fun! Tis very difficult to constantly ignore that massive elephant that just sits in the lounge with us though!!!

You have an excellent cat ratio though and white walls - if combined properly with white furnishings guarantee twin boys with a mud fetish.

Whinge Alert

I just rang the hospital to book DPs "male fertility test" and the message is that there is a 12-14 week wait for these. Is it just me or is this crap?!

Also not sure now if AF has arrived as seems to be just spotting. Which means I will have to cancel the day 2-5 test I booked for tomorrow.

Grrr....having salt n' vinegar crisps sandwich and Coke (the fizzy kind) to cheer me up. Tis working
