Oh don't POAS yet I have to wait another 10 days

Leaving large uterus pictures lying around reminds me that when I realised I was pg, I went onto a pregnancy desktop website that opened a picture of the state of one's embryo inside a giant uterus in any given week. It came up automatically on machine start-up and caught me out a few times in fron of the step-children before we'd actually told them . Managed to quickly minimise it before they saw fortunately!!

Morning all!

Sorry Aussieeng for being snappy yesterday - can I play the PMT defence? - am so on edge it is untrue, fed up cos am on CD39 and was hoping that my cycles had settled on 37days, which may mean all the humping was totally in vain and at the wrong time. Feel a bit all over the place, though this cannot be a Sign since boobs feel perfectly normal and I'm about ready to kill someone/burst into tears/eat the contents of the chocolate machine (classic VAM signs of stress). Poo and poohba. So won't post much today in fear of upsetting someone/myself.

VeryAnnieGertie · 16/06/2009 09:22

Though, thanks Trig, I love my new name!

triggerhappybaby · 16/06/2009 10:05

Henceforth known as Trog

I'm a firm advocate of alter egos. Trigger is my light bouncy side, Trogger is the PMT glass-half-empty, what-the-hell-do-you-mean-are-you-not-going-to-put-any-make-up-on side.

Hey! skiarse are you there?

Aussieng · 16/06/2009 10:23

Hey VAM - Really don't mind you having a differnet POV - BUT - didn't realise that I'd been smapped at I'm clearly way too thick skinned

sorry hun - I start to get stressed about AF on about CD22 so I have huge sympathy being naturally anal/stressy/given to huge OCD tendencies. Post all you like - vent, snap, have some of that left over chocolate souffle.

I'm definitely charting properly this month - think my shortened cycle also means that we're getting the timing a bit wrong. I've also been looking at B6 supplements and progesterone cream which apparently you do not rub where I had imagined you would rub it....

Working from home today - got a 200 page report to read and I just can't see why I would be any less productive reading it in the sunshine

Aussieng · 16/06/2009 10:24

*Smapped" at?!?!?!

Idiot

Aussieng · 16/06/2009 10:24

And again with the "*?!?!?!?

Clearly I should go back to bed.

skihorse · 16/06/2009 11:35

skiarse is here. Just had a horrible 3.5 hour meeting and have a meeting later with mortgage advisor and all I want to do is eat death by chocolate cake. I then have Body PUmp and need to ride my horse tonight. Thank god all the required fucking is done for this month!

I'm not feeling periody yet - i.e., no enormous zit on my chin, but just got a cramp so am obviously reading big signs in to this.

triggerhappybaby · 16/06/2009 13:08

My cervix is aching. Is this a sign that it's about to fall out?

skiarse feeling your pain ref 3.5 hours you'll never get back. Am working at my tan home this afternoon.

SarahAbroad · 16/06/2009 14:38

trog/trigger (depending on the kind of day you are having: maybe the cervical pain is a sign that you've been having too much lots of sex....

triggerhappybaby · 16/06/2009 14:47

Well now you come to mention it, DP has been more fruity than usual lately. Perhaps he can smell eggs cooking

Nocoffeenoworkee · 16/06/2009 19:13

Goddamit, I am SO fucking grumpy and tired. Can I vent too? Spent all afternoon with lovely but boring clients, and all I want to do is POA frigging S but then I can't really be arsed with a BFN as I'm so grumpy (and it's possibly too soon but I don't really know as my cycle varies, gnrrr). I've had period pains and a headache for the last 3 weeks, and haven't had a proper drink in what feels like years (unless you count this weekend). Bah! This had better be a frigging baby otherwise I fear for my sanity and that of my FH every month if this is not-on-the-pill PMT. Where's the wine? Anyone?!

Nocoffeenoworkee · 16/06/2009 19:15

PS - you may refer to this version of nocoffeenoworkee as nocoffeenowankee

skihorse · 16/06/2009 20:54

nodrinkeenosanity?

Nocoffeenoworkee · 16/06/2009 22:02

I love it! Skiarse you are bang on the money there.

VeryAnnieGertie · 17/06/2009 08:50

"Day 40 in the Annie Mary cervix..."

Nosanity am feeling your pain. Have some breakfast gin.

triggerhappybaby · 17/06/2009 10:37

Conversely, nosanitarynodrinkee

Cosmosis · 17/06/2009 11:44

so, tonight brings on day 1 of the A-Game for this month. Poor dh. Wish him luck girls.

triggerhappybaby · 17/06/2009 11:57

Feed him lots of protein and simple sugars

Cosmosis · 17/06/2009 12:12

ah you mean the egg white and haribo diet??

skihorse · 17/06/2009 12:50

MrArse would be delighted to be presented a plate of steak & haribo for a week.

Cosmosis · 17/06/2009 12:53

lol skiarse yes I think my DH would love that too.

triggerhappybaby · 17/06/2009 13:01

Replace the haribo with Dairy Milk Whole Nut and you've ensnared mine too. Do you think they would all get on if they met up for a meal?

SarahAbroad · 17/06/2009 15:57

Hey, cosmo, enjoy your A game!
Would there be beer at this DPs' steak 'n sugar party? If so, I am sure my DH would get on with all the other DPs....

wildfig · 17/06/2009 17:23

Steak, Percy Pigs and a selection of Faine Waines, and you would be fighting Mr F(r)ig away. He is braced for the A-game kicking off when I see him this weekend, potential Aries baby or not, and needs all the strength he can get, poor depleted man.

Should we do some kind of update? Aren't we meant to be monitoring our UCLs and CDs and cycles an' shit? (hic)
