dh and I are having a last push at ttc. we are giving it either a year or another mc before we give up (haven't told gp ) so i have decided to reopen the anti-testing thread!

no, reallyu dont think this month has worked. in fact am booking my smear for next month. however we see the cons on the 18th which i am looking forward to.

Ohhh Pistacio you have survived the not testing early stage well done you
I have no symptoms but it is too early anyhow. How is your symptom spotting going?
I did a quiz on how many babies I would have well I did 2 quizzes I was bored, one said 3 and one said 7 !
I am blowing baby dust in your direction now Pistacio close your eyes please.

Hopefully your body will not flip out Lissie and your AF will stay away for another reason .

I've looked on that thread thanks i suppose its diff for all woman. I was only a max of 4 weeks (as per what midwifes say) but prob only a max of 2 weeks since conception.

Well IAATCEY I think that a line is a line! I had really faint ones for my first and this one and a huge dark one for my second so I think it depends on the test, its age, your timimgs and lady luck as to whether you get a dark one.
Lemon - how clever to get to this point and not test - I am very impressed - fingers and toes are crossed for you!
Had 2nd scan today - 6 +6 so just as I thought. No more bleeding and a bean with a flickering heartbeat. Now the next milestone - 12 wks.

Good luck with the non-testing Iaatcey and Lemon as well! Keeping fingers crossed AF stays away.

Really pleased to hear your news Joycey and that you can see a heartbeat already.

Found out that the infection is b-haemolytic streptococcus - which the GP said can be treated with penicillin so I'm to pick up a prescription later.

Can I ask a stupid question please... what does 6+6 mean? I've seen others put 7+5 or 4+6 etc but I'm not sure what it means...

Oh God, I'm crap at this today...

Lissie, I'm crossing fingers that it has worked - perhaps booking your smear and looking forward to seeing the consultant will hurry things along

And Nunnie, I've got soreish (on and off) boobies, and have been cramping but I think I ovulated really late so I'm probably only DPO11 at best and more likely DPO9, which would mean the sore boobies and cramping are probably the witch on her way. Late ov is slightly worrying in itself, but heyho nothing much to be done about that for now.

lemon its mean ie 6+5 is 6 weeks and 5 days if you see what i mean!

Liskey is it a 7 day course and did they said it would be ok if you have conceived this month?

Lemon dont get yourself feeling negative now, till AF comes your still in for a BFP!
