Hello everyone, no tickets required, just jump on the TTC Bus, and let's hope we'll all be getting off at the November Stop.

Add your name to the list as follows:

For anyone not familiar with the acronyms....that's what number child you are tring to conceive, how many cycles you've been trying, what day you are on, and what your usual cycle length is.

dancingqueen - not wanting to get your hopes up ..... but when pg with dd, I had 2 bfn's before the bfp and it took almost 2 weeks to get the bfp. I was convinced I was though so kept testing

barnowl · 03/03/2009 19:57

Congrats Wizzywoo & Amyboo

Devongirl I have 3DC's and the most symptoms I've ever had was feeling mildly queasy in weeks 6&7 so there is still hope fingers crossed for you.

My AF still hasn't arrived and I'm still feeling a bit queasy but I'm trying to hold till Fri for a second test.

pavlovthecat · 03/03/2009 20:01

Congrats Wizzwoo and amyboo!

Devongirl - i had no symptoms at all with DD until I was 6weeks and 4 days. I was due to go to EPU the next morning for a scan as I had some bleeding. Dr told me I had likely miscarried and we were just checking things out on advice of EPU I was very very sick the night before, and the following morning, put it down to nerves as I really still wanting to be pregnant.

I continued suffering from sickness for the next 9 months . DH and I were so surprised and elated when we saw DD on the screen as we had thought the worst (and of course hoped for the best)

I hope you get a positive result soon!

BTW, by boobs still hurt, and feel a bit more solid. Not to touch, they feel the same to touch, but sort of feel tight. But I am sure its too soon to be a sign, DH thinks I am mad as a march hare!!!

pavlovthecat · 03/03/2009 20:02

(wizzywoo, doh!)

WizzyWoo · 03/03/2009 20:40

Thanks for the congrats everyone and thanks for the advice, Misfit. I've already caved and told 4 people, but none of my family yet...

I've jumped off the bus for now but will keep popping in to see how you are all doing. Hope to see more of you in the due November club soon xx

Devongirl · 04/03/2009 09:24

Thanks for all the positive no-symptoms stories! I also keep telling myself that women who aren't trying very often don't even know they're pregnant til they're late so it's only that we're looking for symptoms that makes us different!

Pavlov - I liked your norks word so I'm going to carry on - my norks do look a bit bigger, and a bit darker although that could be my imagination or AF coming but I'm still remaining positive!

x

heya guys- got my blood results back today, i have not ovulated so far this month im on day 33 now with out any ovulation- im guessing that im going to be out for this month now. bd every other night is now needed again. dose any one else get stabbing pains when bding it starts pratically strainght away and lasts for days after bding. any advice.

pavlovthecat · 04/03/2009 18:35

Pedalmonster - sorry to hear it didn't work out in October for you good luck for this month.

I feel awful. I thought this morning, oooooooooh morning sickness as at about 10am I started to feel nauseaus, and along with the sore boobs (which have eased for now) I was thinking ooooooh maybe! I knew it was possibly a bug as DD has had a bug for a few days, but she has been over that (D&V) since Monday ish and as she had it for a week, I thought well, I would have got it by now.

So, as the morning progressed, at work, I held on to the coffee I had been drinking, then came home to work from home. Waves of sickness passed came and went along with tummy pain, sore joints, prickly skin, stiff neck, headache, and a fever of 38.5 and have slept for 4 hours. Shit. I guess I have some fluy type thing (although clearly not flu as otherwise I would not be typing ).

Damn.

eeyore2 · 04/03/2009 19:20

Hello to everyone who is still here!
I just wanted to whisper...BFP! I ovulated 18 days ago and had been 100% sure (and quite sad) that despite hitting the BD at all the right times I seemed definitely definitely not pregnant. I had no symptoms at all, and then towards 12-14 DPO had the usual spots, cramps and PMT misery, as well as BFNs on my ebay cheapo tests. I was just waiting for AF to arrive so I could start again but it didn't. Today I am on a business trip in France and still no sign of AF so I decided to pop to the pharmacy and buy a Clearblue just to put my mind to rest before consoling myself with a large glass of wine, but then there it was "enciente 2-3" (that's French for...you guessed it). A bit of a shock and its still very early days but as it is my first ever BFP I am delighted - even if this one doesn't stick, at least it seems that me and dh are able to conceive iyswim. Good luck to everyone and congrats to the other BFPs. I am not going to move over to an ante-natal group for a while but hope to see lots of you there soon! Cakeforbreakfast - hello. I haven't met you here before but very happy for you on your BFP after 11 months, that must be such amazing news for you.

Devongirl · 04/03/2009 20:35

Yeay eeyore2!!! xxx

Hello Pedalmonster, so sorry for your bad news, best of luck this month xxx

monkeybumsmum · 04/03/2009 20:53

Just a quick update - after a load of pg symptoms and a very faint line on a HPT I have started bleeding today and think it must've been another CP Am absolutely fine about it though, I know this isn't going to be an easy journey...

Congrats to all the BFP's though - well done!

pavlovthecat · 04/03/2009 20:53

Congrats Eeyore... xx

dancingqueeen · 04/03/2009 23:13

congrats eeyore , I'm v pleased for you, still waiting for my first BFP so can only imagine how you feel

Sorry for your news monkeybumsmum, must be hard after seeing that line...

still no AF for me and now its end of day 38, so 6 days late! got to hold of testing till weekend as don't want to be seen buying a test by work people! part of me is hoping its like scarlotti, but mainly i'm thinking its just a v v long cycle, probably just AF delayed by stress , and the worst hting is until AF arrives the next cycle can't begin, so I just want something to happen now

nunnie · 05/03/2009 10:49

Congratulations to all the BFP's

CakeForBreakfast · 05/03/2009 11:20

monkeybumsmum - I'm sorry to hear you are bleeding, I wish you well and good luck for the next opportunity. xx

eeyore2 - thanks and congrats to you also. Yes, after 11 months, its almost a relief!

JumpingJellyfish · 05/03/2009 13:05

Haven't been around much lately, but I'm still on the list so thought I'd pop over quickly. Congrats on the BFPs and sorry to those who've been caught by AF again.

AF started yesterday for me (my dates seem a bit out on the list- it was DC25). A bit early, also had spotting earlier than ever before (CD21) so now a little concerned that my cycle is a bit up the creek. After 9 cycles of TTC and not even a hint of a BFP, I think I'm going to have a little break off the bus. It's hard not to get disheartened but I know I'm v fortunate to already have 2 DCs.

Good luck to all those remaining passengers- hope someday I'll catch some of you on an antenatal thread!
