Hey there everyone,

Dawn - all sounds super promising!! I'm not sure I'd be able to resist testing, it's so hard but a false negative would be so horrid at this stage!

MJIS - It's a lovely stroller! It's a horribly hard decision, cos so many of the baby systems literally last only the first 6 months! I had my heart set (if I ever get PG) on the Stokke Xplory, but it's so much money for something that will only be used for less than a year!!

Mandy - it's the worst time in the world!! I can't believe how slowly the days are ticking by!! And I know I'm being a complete nightmare!! Each hour day I'm swinging from Yes - maybe I could be to No - I'm definitely not!!!

So sorry guys, for being such a maniac!

On the symptom front - Dawn - these cramps aren't going away either! My (.)(.) are looking enormous. But I feel like I'm about to come on. Saying that, although my chest always get bigger and sore (thank you to DH for reminding me of that last night, grrr), I never get any cramps except for the day after I come on. Then it's hell and I'm convinced I'm dying! Still I have no other symptoms...

Afternoon all on this lovely wet day. My PG/OPKs have not arrived so only have 1 PG test in the house Oh, I do have a Clearblue non digital but this is the one I wee on when I know I am PG so I can keep it forever!

bluestar and Dawn-it is sounding very promising. Would recommend avoiding the tests as all these BFN's have made me very grumpy and am taking it out on the girls.

You wouldn't believe that I baked some butterfly cakes and chocolate cakes before school this morning. Need them for the summer fayre at school tomorrow and have been out today and again straight after school so no other time to make them. Also changed the sheets on the bed. Had been awake since 5am but was waiting to take my temperature and needed to test a wee but these things have to be done in the right order.

Would say that my cramps are the worst ever so obviously due the AF from hell. Bah-roll on CD1!

Love to all

Confession time!! I bought a Clear Blue non-digital test at lunchtime!!

I, very sensibly, bought some cheap PG and OV tests from ebay yesterday...thanks HC for the link!! but couldn't help myself today!! It wasn't even on special offer or anything!

I showed DH the box and he wasn't impressed with my mischief!! Of course I'm not going to take the test yet...it's still far too early, but now I have it in the house and it's temptation in stick form!!!

HC - Are you testing today?? or waiting til tomoro??

HumphreysCorner · 17/07/2008 14:48

I tested this morning even though my temp had dipped and was a clear BFN. I did think I saw something but dug the test out of DD2's wet nappy for another look later on but must have been the 5am bleary eyes. Will see what my temp does tomorrow and if it rises I will test but if it falls I don't think I will.

HI all!

Sorry I have not been around but have just been so busy! It's helping take my mind off the 2ww!

Congrats to ally! That's very funny about it being a feint BFP! It's as strong as I've seen! LOL! You must be so happy! Well done!

sorry about all the other BFN's but unless I've missed something no AF's have arrived in the last few days so it's not over!

HC, sorry to hear about your BFN, but glad your stash showed up! Will you ever take a leaf out of Mjim's book and not test?! Nahhh!

I have some tests left over if anyone wants them? Seems a shame to keep them when i don't plan on doing this again. I have a double pack from sainsbury, 3 IC and a clearblue digi. First come first served!

Oh, new pics up on my profile. Can you tell I had a new camera last month? LOL! The boys must be sick of me point a camera at them. My newest belly pic (sorry about the bare belly) is right at the bottom.

Mandy73 · 17/07/2008 17:14

I'm crossing everything for you lovely girls on the horrible absolutely insane 2ww. Keeping mega busy is the only way, like CE said.
Sending positive vibes and shovels of baby dust your way:

Poor Knax - I hope she does come back

Hi to everyone else!

Had a busy day at work today - I hate those! Can't wait to start my maternity leave (not that I am counting down to it or anything!!)

Got some good bargains in the Next sale so it was worth getting up at 5.30 this morning! Most of the maternity stuff in the catalogue was in the sale and I also picked up some really cute baby stuff (so much easier knowing it is deffo a boy) including the most gorgeous cardigan! I know it is really early to be buying stuff but it was so cheap, it seemed stupid not to (I don't want the baby to just have DS's hand-me-downs
