August TTC thread ❤️

Hi all.

Just setting up a new group to continue the chats and support.

11dpo and BFN so almost certain I’m out now! It’s my last cycle with progesterone in luteal phase too, so i always get the dilemma of when to stop. Dr said until 15dpo but my luteal phase is only 13 usually, and a Bfp behind 12dpo is highly unlikely (and less likely to be viable if it is), and progesterone delays period by a couple of days and if it’s not this cycle I want to move onto the next! So have to test tomorrow morning for the last time I think before stopping.

Ahh I’m exhausted today (but likely cause our 7month old has had me up since 6am 😂) and also noticing that I’m peeing a ton more than usual again. At most I’d probably only be 7 or 8dpo so doubtful it means anything!! I probably wouldn’t even notice if I wasn’t hoping to get pregnant!

I never had any symptoms with my first, I tested 5 days after realising my period never showed up. After that I did realise I had heartburn a lot actually.
with my second I had symptoms and a faint line from 9-10dpo as he was originally a twin before we lost the second. Felt extremely sick and had the worst headaches.

I’ll try not to but of course my mind is going to keep trying to pick out any symptoms 😂
I also usually suffer with pmdd but I’m past mid cycle now and not noticing my usual symptoms 👀

part of me feels like it could’ve worked but realistically being only 7 or 8dpo there is no way anyone should think that yet !! 😂

@givingitanothergo ah, its so hard isn't it? If you weren't TTC you probably wouldn't even notice any of these things. We're hyper aware during the TWW. I'm so sorry to hear you lost a twin, how sad.

Unfortunately my tests are not progressing. I’m at a point now where I’m just waiting to bleed as I’ve lost hope and tests are definitely lighter. It’s really hard to accept as we have a daughter already and we tried so hard for this one but looks like not meant to be. I’m 42 on Tuesday when it’s my birthday. How cruel if I miscarry now.
Don’t know what to do with myself now and hopefully bleeding starts soon so I can try and move on as this doesn’t look like a viable pregnancy now 😢 ** thanks for checking in and asking about me. The thought of trying again after this

BFN today - so over for this cycle and onto the next. Had 3 glasses of wine last night which was the most ages! Back to “healthy” again today for the next cycle though

@Iris2024I'm so so sorry 💔 feels so cruel. You count the first day of your bleed as CD1. For me personally it didn't affect my ovulation too much. I think I ovulated a couple of days earlier following my first loss. So just keep that in mind. Sending you a great big hug xx

So sorry to read this Iris. Loss at any time is rough but when it's on a significant date it just feels so cruel. I had a private scan to confirm the miscarriage I had in March - the first date we could get was Mother's day, that was rough. We are in such a similar boat - I'm.41 on Tuesday and it feels like it's never going to happen. I hope you're ok, sending ❤️💐
