Hey girlies! so I CAVED, I could not wait any longer, I see a very faint line but only around 8dpo so well aware that this could just be an indent line so I am not getting my hopes up yet, but I need to share this news with someone, don’t want to tell my DH until I get a BFP

Since I had a chemical I’ve avoided it, particularly the second week... probably no need but worried about disrupting anything.

What is everyone else’s baseline BBT like? I’ve been tracking mine for almost 2 weeks now, recording temp times at 8am after I’ve either slept or been sitting up with insomnia all night (normal for me).

My temps always seem really high though? This is my chart so far. On CD32. I always seem to be in the high 36.8s or 36.9s. Do I just have a higher than normal baseline?

The black dots are discounted temps from other times during the day, so not accurate. I can’t make head not tail of the rest of it though. Expecting a 35 day cycle at this point. No idea when I OV.

That's how I feel! Get worried. But then it feels like we are hardly ever having sex! And then it's like my partner just feels used for those important days lol! Maybe like you say, will do the first week x

This is mine but I think I run quite cool. The thicker line is my average. I tend to run below 36 in follicular phase which I think is less common?

I don’t track BBT as I’m a terrible sleeper and I just can’t see how it’d be accurate tbh @EmPeEf

@EmPeEfI have tried tracking my bbt but I honestly have no clue, my temp was consistent at 36.7, went to 36.8 for two days the day after my peak, it then dropped to 36.6 for a few days, rose to 37 3 days ago now back at 36.6

You’ll need to do a whole cycle at least to work out ovulation, ideally alongside either OPKs or cervical mucus.
I struggle with not waking at the same time every day, but it’s generally between 5:30-8. I record them as long as I’ve had more than 3/4hrs sleep, sometimes there’s a weird temp but you can ignore the odd too high one and look at the overall pattern

H everyone, I took a couple of months off of the threads but I'm back. Having a confusing month 😂 just when you think you know everything you body goes all odd!

Im 4dpo, I've had no BBT spike this month but did have a scan on ovulation day (to check everything is OK after having a MMC last June) and there was a visable egg there so very unlikely that I didn't ovulate. Rather then a spike I've had a big dip 🤔 too early to be an implantation dip. Also sorry if TMI but everything has been pretty wet down below and had EWM dpo 2 and 3.

I have had a cold so not sure if that explains some/all of what's going on. Being only 4dpo it seems unlikely that anything mean anything 😂

Would you start bleeding immediately with a chemical pregnancy? Testing negative at the moment but I wish I could understand why it looked like I had a faint positive on the 17th May, which would have been CD21 and 7-8dpo for a 28 day cycle (which I had the month before.)

Am I crazy thinking the top test had colour? Was it just an indent? CD33 and no sign of AF or PMS or anything 😞 so confused.

Oh my god I thought what the hell I had this in the drawer from years ago. Can they be faulty? Should I check the expiration date??

I did a cheapy along with it and it’s got a faint line for the first time. So I didn’t OV for a 28 day cycle, those were just indents and have just been stark whites for two weeks ever since. I must have OV for my usual 35 day cycle and be 12dpo. I can’t believe it. I never thought it would happen at 40.

Sorry to clog up the thread. I’ve just been so confused for two weeks with no idea of my cycles or OV. Just totally in the dark. I know there’s a chance of chemical at my age but I’m praying it sticks.
