Starving! 😄 I try and keep to either fruit or Quavers for snacks, as they’re low calorie and I came off the weight loss injection to try and conceive, but my partner has been in despair at how much I’ve been eating in case I put all the weight back on. I definitely think losing weight helped my fertility.

im 11dpo and on 9dpo evening I got a vvvvvfl
this is comparison of lines between yesterday and today. Do you think it’s still too faint for 11dpo? I had a chemical last month so I can’t get excited until I see a strong line 😫 (the easy@home test looks yellow because of the b12 making my urine luminous yellow😂)

I think that’s great for 11dpo. Much darker than the 9dpo I got with my first.

I had my surge this morning and have left for my work trip without DH. Frustrating timing but we did our best… including DH coming home from work for ‘lunch’ 😂

Congratulations!! The cheapy has sooo much better progression than the FRER. I swear since I last used those in 2021 when they looked totally different (lighter pink cap and could buy in boots) they’re not the same. Trust the cheapy until you do a CB digi!

I’m hypothesising that my awful sleep is going to affect my fertility this time round? My DS has OSA (it’s being investigated- again, he had an Op at 18 months old to stop it and it’s come back) so my sleep for the last 3.5 years has been atrocious, like literally waking up hourly sometimes more. Anyone got any info on poor sleep and fertility?

@Mickey1995 I started 75mg aspirin at 1DPO but have never heard of cough syrup!

Apparently the cough syrup with guanfacine in it helps to thin the cervical mucus and make it easier for the swimmers!

Ah that’s interesting! One more thing to try next cycle 😄
