I am now 37 and have one beautiful 10yrs old boy, my partner has 2 boys 9 & 13yrs.

I bought the Hertility kit online, not yet opened it… I was going to give this cycle my last attempt before investigating 🙃

We got pregnant a year ago but due to personal circumstances we both decided to not go ahead, this I carry so much guilt over 🪃

Now we are both ready and settled in our careers and home but now it has taken nearly 6/7cycles.

today I got my 1st + ovulation test, so beginning our January TWW.

what is everyone else’s story 🌟

I'm 34 (in a few days), stopped taking my pill (Cezerette, which I was on for 12/13 years without any breaks or periods) 6 weeks ago. Husband and I are trying for our first. Well after an agonising wait I finally got my period on Sunday.

Now the fun begins I suppose.. did a bit of ovulation tracking with tests & Premom a few weeks ago but it was constantly low numbers so I just decided to stop until AF came.

Day 3 of my period and I think it's on its way out, less blood and darker in color. Who knows.

A bit nervous about getting pregnant this cycle (that would mean a December baby which is expensive enough lol) but would hate to miss the opportunity of conceiving this cycle - as god knows what will happen next, if I'll be regular etc.

It's been lovely to read all conversations here. I feel like it's never going to be the perfect right time so time to just get on with it lol

Totally over thinking ,I’vebeen using the Flo app last period start date 28/01 always a short light period was due 22/02 . My stomach have been very rumbly Flo app said I’m 2 days late today so decided to test . Got positive results . But reviews on test are making me question it . Vasectomy reversal march last year been ttc since both now 41 . What do I all think 🤔

Morning All! Ended up here while over googling 🙈 which can mean only one thing, I'm in the dreaded TWW.

Currently 6/7 DPO the past 2 nights I've woke to pee at 3am ish, leading to little sleep from that point, as of course I'm overthinking the fact I'd to get up to use the loo.
Very mixed views on if this is an early symptom.
Anyone experienced this before BFP?

Hi @Lynnloou! I don’t think it necessarily means anything but my relentless googling in the last few days sounds remarkably similar to yours, haha.

I’m trying for #4 and feel like I really knew when I was pregnant each time from very early, as well as many other months where I desperately hoped I was pregnant and overthought things so maybe just confirmation bias on the times I was right.

Anyway, I am only 4dpo but don’t feel pregnant so I think I’m out already. I’m breastfeeding still though so even ovulating/ having AF will be a win. In terms of family planning I want to get pregnant asap so I can stay working full time for the next maternity leave but sadly my biology does not care for my financial planning.

There's no doubt about those! A CB week indicator with 2-3 weeks means your HCG levels are at least 163. Congratulations!

Thank you I hope so,booked in for a scan on Monday . As I never get period pains but I’ve literally got cramps pains to the point I’m sure my period will start so definitely a big shock to get a positive test x

Nighttime bathroom breaks are complete out of the normal for me. I've another few days before testing. (If I can last that long)

Same with my first and only, I just knew I was pregnant days before BFP.
Not sure if I feel that now, maybe I'm just questioning my gut, time will tell.

Back onto CD1 for me 😞 Onto cycle 12 now 😪 I always need this first day to feel sorry for myself x

So o asked to restart progesterone at DPO7 to see any difference and they sit at 28 now.. not much higher.
GP told me they expect anything above 25, but 28 does not seem that high.

I’m 5dpo and have some pink discharge this morning - a bit early for implantation. It’s my first ovulation since having my last baby 12 months ago and I’m still breastfeeding which can result in a short luteal phase. I’m wondering whether I will get AF sooner rather than later. Time will tell!

@Mismatc my periods started when my little one was 11 months old but don’t think I was actually ovulating for around 4 months. Kept doing tests and I feel ovulation and it’s very obvious for me. It took around 15-17 months for my LP to lengthen. You’ve still got loads of time for it to sort itself out yet or could start earlier, who knows. You could start taking Vitamin B6 to lengthen if it’s suitable for you.

My progesterone was 54 at 7dpo

@SCK2024 I have no idea as can't find my paperwork but hopefully all will be ok. Just keep trying and try and be stress free and hopefully it will happen for you. We put so much pressure on ourselves all the time x

I did it at DPO6 the phlebotomist wasn’t in the day after, maybe that made a difference in figures

AF arrived when I was so poorly all last week. Last day of AF today and already a faint opk.
Fast approaching ovulation this cycle!
OH is on nights and doing his own job during the day so it’s a tricky one this cycle!

This month I have been using the premom app and watching my OPK levels which has been a massive hit!

I got a really dark OPK Sunday and used the fertility cup for the 1st time after BD!

Actially feeling really positive about it this month! ☺️
