@Superscientist congratulations - I have everything crossed for you. I know there is going to be a lot of uncertainty with the added pressure, but I’m sending you lots of positive thoughts!

@Fullofconfusion I have some one step ones that are 10ml (apparently very sensitive) could it be that the easy at home ones are more than 10ml? That would explain them being lighter for now?

@Bellabubble thank you. The easy at home ones at 10mlu/ml. I’m not sure about the one step as I’d thrown away the packaging with it being the last one. Google told me they were 25 but maybe they were also 10 which would me slightly less worried. I guess it’s just a waiting game

Congrats tho those with positive tests!

I wondered if any of you tried to track ovulation prior to the first period post MC? I aren’t tracking for TTC purposes, more to try determine when AF may arrive. My HCG has gone now so the LH tests should be accurate and I’m 3 weeks post EVAC. I don’t think I have ovulated yet paying attention to BBT, CM ect. However, feeling abit deflated that 3 weeks on it’s still not happened 😟

@Fullofconfusion my one steps look like yours and are 10ml - from what I could see when I last purchased on Amazon - the green ones, and the casette ones were higher. I’v attached my packaging for you to see if it was the same x

@KT199 my period took 10.5 weeks to come back this time (although it was my 3rd miscarriage so I’m not sure if that was anything to do with it) x

@Bellabubble thank you. Unfortunately I’ve now started bleeding so think most definitely a chemical

@KT199 it took me 3.5 weeks to ovulate after my first miscarriage and nearly 4 with the second. It could be right around the corner!

Thank you for the info @Bellabubble and @TrulyMiss. This is the side of MC I feel like is quite unspoken about, as I’m so anxious for it to return in a normal time frame!! Probably doesn’t help that we get married abroad on 4th April so I’m very worried it could drag out and happen then so is probably adding to my stress!

@KT199 I understand! If you're worried about that particular week you can usually take progestetone to delay the period but not sure if that's work/be recommended post-miscarriage. I'd say it's quite likely to resolve itself before then though!

Found out yesterday afternoon that the clomid hasn't worked this month. I have been doing this so long that I strongly suspected that myself but it was still upsetting to have it confirmed. I could try letrozole instead although they work in the same way so no guarantees and I found the side effects bad before. The other option is injectables which I really don't want to do. So it looks like the end of the road! I was thinking I'd have to call time on it soon so I'm surprised I'm not more relieved! It's complicated I guess

@TrulyMiss be kind to yourself. I don’t know your full story but sounds like you’ve had a journey. I think it can all feel really intense especially when its happening over a long period of time.

I feel so down this weekend. Currently eating all of the chocolate and totally screwing my diet over. I want to curl up in a ball and ignore the world for a bit. We have a romantic break away planned next week so trying to look forward to that

I've been TTC for #3 for nearly dead on 3 years now after an early miscarriage of a surprise in March 2022 and a CP in November 2023. I got a BFP on Thursday at 9dpo (2 tests - neither of which FMU) and another line yesterday morning, however the anxiety is unreal. I have now run out of tests until my Amazon order arrives today but I've been using OPKs which are still resolutely negative which I'm worried is a bad sign. I haven't even told DH yet as I still don't believe it's not going to disappear on me. I long for the innocent days of my BFP with DD1 when it was just all about the excitement of having finally got there...

@curliegirlie tentative congratulations. How many dpo are you now? I know this anxiety too well. is your line progressing at all ? I had a chemical on my last pregnancy and just got my BFP (after 14 cycles of TTC #2) I’m 15dpo-16dpo now and I keep saying I’ll stop POAS because a positive is a positive but I can’t stop myself cause I just feel like it’s going to disappear like last time. I have my fingers crossed this is our time and our little beans stick around.

Went in for another scan yesterday and nothing happening so I guess that's the end on my journey. Wishing you all the luck and a better outcome!

Hi gang! Popping back up after my D&C as I was pleasantly surprised to have my period this week - just four weeks after (pretty much to the day) after. It is extremely heavy 😳

I think I’ll leave it this month then pick up TTC from March / April time 💖✨

Excited to hear some good news on this thread. @Toppstileslover nice your thinking of yourself wish I gave myself longer in between d&c and having sex again. But hindsight is a wonderful thing!

Heyyyy @Toppstileslover glad to hear AF came on a reasonable timeframe, my BBT confirmed my ovulation earlier this week so I’m thinking AF will be appearing soon for me too. I’ll be back to TTC on a similar time frame, fingers crossed for a positive outcome for us this time!! 💖 but first I get to get married ahhh 🥹🥹 so excited.

morning ladies, it’s great to see so many positives. Sorry to those who haven’t yet had theirs.
I’m back here after an 11 week pregnancy. Unfortunately we were told yesterday that we’ve had a missed miscarriage.
i go in tomorrow for an evacuation and to have baby sent for cytogenetic testing as this is a recurrent miscarriage. It gets more and more difficult each time I think.

@Ncl31 oh it's crap. Glad your getting the testing. It does it's so cruel when the hospital staff remember you as well. Hope you get some rest. Xx

@Ncl31 I’m so sorry - it’s so tough! I had 2 losses before having my little one 3 years ago, so I hope you get your sticky bean soon too. How are you feeling about the testing? Our trust will only do them for three in a row (which I think is awful to make women go through that) so I don’t qualify even after my third loss in Oct, but a part of me has always wanted to know about how or why those little ones that never came to be.
