@lozzmax I haven't been too bad up until now, but now that's it's closer, I can feel the anxiety building up, were I felt a bit shaky earlier on. Trying to keep positive thoughts in my head.

Hi girls, sorry it's taken me a while to update, I've had my scan and everything is as it should be, in the right place and a strong heartbeat 💓 put me between 6 weeks 4 days to 7 weeks as currently at this stage they measure in millimetres. Xxx

@Gizmo1983 I was so anxious when we got there and didn't want to go in the scan room, but I managed to calm down slightly. Going to try and chill as much as I can tonight ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ I hope you're OK. Xxx

@Rainbowsunshine81 i can only imagine I hope you are feeling much better today will they give you another scan or is it into the nhs 12 week scan next im not sure how often the ivf clinics do them xxxx

@Gizmo1983 feeling little better than I did yesterday. I think I've been discharged from my fertility clinic now. I've been in contact with liverpool womens hospital to make a booking in appointment, whilst there they'll arrange the nhs 12 week scan.

@Rainbowsunshine81 that’s great I bet it feels a lot more real now. I’m ok thanks my tummy aches a bit sometimes which I’m not keen on it scares me a bit and I have no energy and just can’t be bothered to do anything but apart from that can’t complain really. I’m only 5+2 but it already feels like a lifetime 🤪🤪🤪

@Gizmo1983 feels quite surreal and a miracle, I just want everything to continue to be ok 🙏🏻 my tummy does that and my back, every little niggle has you thinking. Does feel like a long time doesn't it 🙂

@Rainbowsunshine81 yes my back too it kind of works its way round lol. I try to keep busy but at the same time just can’t be bothered and just want to sit/lie down. I feel so bad hubby worked from home this morning to keep me company and I just fell asleep and woke up as he was leaving oops. I’m trying to eat healthy and yet can’t be bothered to cook 😂😂😂

@Gizmo1983 I know, I Potter around a bit and then have a sit. I fell asleep just before and didn't realise. I too am trying to eat healthy, more fruit, same with not being bothered to cook anything too. 😀

Hey! I wondered if anyone had to stay on prednisolone for longer? CRP want me off by 14 weeks however the Tommy's research centre want me to stay on until 20 weeks as I've had a third trimester loss previously.

@Hhdxx I'm on prednisolone longer under Professor Haezell. I'll be weaning slowly down from 17 weeks all being well.

@Hhdxx Are you also on hydroxychloroquine?

@HopefulH this makes me feel so much better! I am currently 18 weeks + 3 days pregnant and are still on them due to an issue with one of the arteries to the placenta. They have told me that is completely safe up until 24 weeks however crp haven't recommended. Have they said anything to you about it?
I've had 1 neo natal loss and 9 first trimester losses. X

@Hhdxx my experience with the CRP is that you really have to advocate for yourself! Which doctor are you seeing? Shehata missed a few things on my protocol that I had to point out to him, and I felt like he wasnt being very thorough tbh, so I'd be hesitant to take their advice over the other advice, especially if they're saying it's safe. x

@lozzmax thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I was told to wean off at 12 weeks however I was so stressed that I paid for a consultation and on the front of my notes, it was written to stay on until 14 weeks so I'm glad I had the consultation.
