I've noticed a lot of us TTC number 2 and struggling after getting pregnant fairly easily with number 1!
Thought I'd start a thread so we can all support each other 💕💕

You have my up most resepct for that self control!

I hope that you have a wonderful holiday! Try and relax and enjoy 💕💕 and keeping fingers crossed for this month for you

I have retested and they seem to be darker, even my husband thought so and he's not the most optimistic person! Haha
I'm worried if I ovulated early that my lining will be enough to implant etc so doing lots of reading around progesterone and if they can give me that
We shall see what the afternoon brings, I feel so sick with nerves :(

So l had a scan no cysts but they equally couldn't see anything, they saw an area of brightness but wouldn't commit to that being a developing foetus
My lining was also thicker which would line up with eatly pregnancy

They did a test today which was negative but on a 25 sensitivity test and all ours are 6-10
They've taken bloods and in the morning will call to say if they're positive or not
And then repeat HCG on Saturday
They obviously wouldn't commit but they seemed optimistically nervous

@mamataylor Hey lovely, a little bit worried if I'm honest. Couldn't sleep last night and just felt so nauseous, have managed to have a couple hours and have woken up with the worst period type pains. I know it could be completely fine and normal, but I had a lot of unexpected bleeding with #1 so I think it could also be my anxiety making me worry so much 🙃 also had the most painful boobs ever last night 🥲 other than that though, doing alright! How are you getting on? Xx

I’m so sorry you’re feeling worried, I share the same anxieties too so you’re not alone! I know it’s hard but the fact you’re experiencing symptoms is a great sign that things are progressing so hopefully that brings you some comfort ♥️
I’m all ok thank you. 12dpo today and my test lines are progressing so that calms my anxiety a little bit (until tomorrow😂). My boobs are really sore too and I’m feeling a little iffy but taking it all as positives xx

I’m so glad the scan came out clear for cysts and you can get rid of that worry! I’m sorry it wasn’t all a bit clearer but it sounds like they have a good plan to get you as much info as possible soon. Keeping fingers and toes crossed for you xx

Thank you, still waiting for the call but did more tests this morning to compare brand to brand I'll attach the pictures, on all top is older bottom is today I think they look darker but then who knows!

How are you feeling?

I just heard back and my beta hcg was 29 so positive and pregnant!!!! Obviously tomorrow's result is super important to make sure it's doubling but I'm trying to be optimistic

Thank you so much, I didn't think about symptoms still being present as a positive sign (really obvious I know but you can't help it when worry takes over can you 🙈) so you've really helped put my mind at ease❤️ good to know I'm not the only one testing daily haha, things seem to be ticking along nicely 🥰 I was actually considering going to get breast pads today to give a little bit more cushion 🤣xx

I'm doing a lot better this morning, thank you, still feeling a bit nauseous but heading to soft play this afternoon with little man, not sure whether it's a good or bad idea yet! 🫣

Good question- my period ended on 10th May there's a chance I ovulated on the 12th and I'm 11dpo but who knows! The growth dating scan will be really important, I'm not due my period until the 2nd-4th June!!
It's all a bit mad!!!!

No you can’t! It’s hard to see past the anxiety. It’s such a shame it shadows the positives.
I really can’t help it! I have 3 easy@home tests and then plan to take a digital once my period is late and then leave it… probably 😂

@Eatsleepbakerepeat 2-4 June and you're positive! How amazing!! 🥰 I'm trying not to think about it too much (it's not working lol) but just took a little peak at my apps and it says 4 weeks & 5 days 🙈 makes it all seem a bit more real looking at the numbers!

@mamataylor I ordered a bulk box of them roughly 2 cycles ago and I've been taking them like they're my daily vitamins 🤣 I'm still waiting for my digitals to be delivered, it's been so hard resisting the urge to buy them when I've been out! I went with a sports bra in the end, and wearing that at soft play was actually a really good call haha xx

So did I! They’ve been sooo tempting because they are right there and they are cheap 😂 if it reassures us what’s the harm, ay?

They think I ovulated early after my CP so I finished bleeding on the 10th and ovulated on around the 12th! It seems to be the only conclusion we can come to, just praying that my levels have doubled tomorrow but the line progression makes me hopeful!

And ah that's amazing!!!!! It's weird isn't it in those early weeks, any symptoms?

That very well could be the case. Sometimes our cycles are all over the place for no good reason, so perfectly plausible it may be the reason with how last month went for you! I think the line progression is definitely a good sign, I can absolutely see them there!
So far it's been sore boobs, slight cramps, nausea and I've been a little bit more sensitive to some smells, but I really hope that symptom stays away this time round! Still haven't told anyone beside my husband and our toddler (even though he has absolutely no idea what that means!) but my mum is most definitely onto me. Just gotta keep denying it for now. Unfortunately I'm not a very good liar or have a great poker face. Hoping to make it to fathers day weekend at the very least but it's just so tempting to spill!
