Anyone want to join? I'm going insane!! I'm not sure whether it's because it will be our last chance to have a baby in 2024 or that this is our 5th cycle so if AF comes it then marks half a year of trying, but I'm struggling this cycle. Need distraction! Lol

I've entered my fertile window oestrogen surge so it's go go go time. Third day of flashing smileys on the clearblues, expecting to ovulate mid or late week. I'm trying the easy@home strips alongside for the first time and interestingly they're showing my LH as catastrophically low still.

Also back in my fertile window - hoping for a peak today or tomorrow! @sirensong over the past few months i've had like 0 LH then it shoots up really quickly so that's normal :)

@Ontheflipside_ that will be so interesting to see your scan results, glad you're getting support. Will give it a few more tries then I think I will do the same.

@Sarah268 Hope so! Highest I've had so far is 0.08. Wtf!

I'm waiting to hear back from Dr. as having heavy spotting 🙄 ovulating today based on cramps, def not pregnant as being very careful after last month (not TTC) and did a test just in case - but is unusual for me! Suspect it's due to very low dose of Citalopram which can be blood thinning? Who knows 🤷‍♀️

Im doing ok. Trying to keep the anxiety of pregnancy after loss at bay and I do feel v grateful.

I did a CB digital today and got 2-3 weeks. So I guess conception happened 2-3 weeks ago and I am 4-5 weeks pregnant! So I think that is in line with my estimated late ovulation.

Have referred to midwife which was scary as last time I did that I had to cancel it all so it’s all been a bit of a sad reminder. But keeping hopeful!

Hope to book an early scan at 9ish weeks (in case I am a week behind so still want to be able to see something!).

@ToeBeans24 thank you for your kind words x and that's so great about your 2-3 week on CB digital. How many dpo was that?

I have had the weirdest last few days. After the heavy bleeding at the hospital, it stopped almost completely after few days. My partner and I were a bit confused because at the hospital they took my bloods and they said my HCG was 5, but that exact same day I had done a clearblue digital which came back pregnant 1-2 weeks. I also had done a 20miu sensitive test and got a faint line.

The doctor didn't believe it but I showed him my tests and he said 'the hormone wouldn't come down that fast, I don't know how to explain that'. My partner and I didn't know what to think, so after we got home and blood slowed down, I tested to see if the hormone had just dropped so soon. I got another 1-2 digital, and the line had doubled in strength.

Now I got worried because I read that if you get heavy bleeding and lines are getting stronger, it could be ectopic or something. I kept testing and lines got stronger, but my sore boobs had disappeared and all that I really felt was nausea. Last night was my strongest line, which was on a 25 miu sensitive test. (I'll show a pic of it).

Aaaaand then today the line finally faded. So now I can be sure that I am miscarrying... as much as it helps to see it clearly, I forgot how painful it is to see lines fading, especially after that confusion and almost getting my hopes up again. I thought the little bean was a fighter. It did still surprise me that it was still holding on after such a heavy bleed. My CB digital never went past 1-2 weeks though.

I've been feeling super emotionally exhausted because of what a rollercoaster it's been. My partner and I had a good cry. Having 2 recurrent early losses is a bit hard to digest, I keep thinking maybe I'm broken and it's not meant for me, or that no matter how many times I get pregnant, I'll just lose it anyway. But I also really really want my baby..

In the pic, the top one is the day I started to bleed and went to hospital and was told my HCG is at 5 (these are 20miu tests). The others are the following days

Hi @Plumchumm - thank you. I’m still not sure how many DPO I am. The CB makes me 4-5 weeks which is what I estimated too. Just don’t know which one. I’m going with 4ish due to late obv. But my lines are pretty dark so could be 5. Won’t know until scan I guess.

you poor thing. How awfully confusing to go through the hope of tests darkening. They did progress well by the looks of it. I’m so sorry. I know nothing anyone says makes it any better as I’ve been there. But I hope you know that you’re not alone. It doesn’t make it okay that’s it’s a common thing to go through. It doesn’t make it any easier knowing the statistics. But I hope it does help show you that it’s not your body letting you down. Often the most common cause is a chromosomal issue so your body is actually protecting you and doing the right thing. I’m aware again that doesn’t lessen the blow. Believe me I really do know.

Take all the time you need to process things and really feel it. My advice would be not to bury the grief although you likely know this from sadly going through it before.

I also completely understand the “if I get pregnant I’ll lose it” thoughts. I’m struggling so much with that currently. But I’m really trying to trust my body.

@Plumchumm I'm so sorry you've gone through this exhausting unfair experience.

It sounds like you have a really supportive partner. You also know you can get pregnant, which may feel like no consolation but you know that part is working at least. I hope you can take a rest from thinking about this for a while and then try again.

I have just been to the loo and had a TMI huge red gel like blob come out, what could that be? According to my app I’m due to ovulate but red 🤔🤔 it was pretty big too?

Oh thank you, It was a clear jelly blob, I thought spotting would’ve been drips? But it was red and a covered the size of the loo roll in my hand 🤔 I’ve had a small bit dark like you said but never like that.

How are you feeling?

Thanks @sirensong doing ok. Only symptoms really are fatigue and sore boobs. Am either 6w3d or 5w3d I think. Booking appt in a couple weeks and will book a scan about 8/9 weeks

I finally started my period after my missed period on CD43- I did find peak ovulation 8 days before. Sad that it didn’t work out (was hoping that with the missed period that my uterus lining was thicker and gave me a better shot) but also very grateful that my period hasn’t gone AWOL. Although it is a lot lighter than I thought it would be…!

Its been a bit of tough weekend for me- sisters gender reveal yesterday and got my period the night before. Lots of pregnant women and babies. Just hope it’s our turn very soon.

@MissEmily5 im glad your period arrived so you’re no longer in that limbo place. Although it’s upsetting like you say at least you know where you now are in your cycle.

It’s natural to be upset with things pregnancy related. Believe it or not, and this is true, even me now with a bfp seeing heavily pregnant people I still think “I hope that’ll be me” as after a loss I’m so anxious.

But it will happen for you! And if it’s helpful at all I’ve had light periods for years. It worried me I would have difficulty conceiving but it hasn’t 🤍

How is everyone else doing? @Hopethisendswell did the period settle? @Ontheflipside_ have you booked the tests you mentioned?

I did my last CB digital today and got 3+ 🥹👶🏼🙏🏻

@Louki35 i had that once mid cycle around ovulation time. I can’t remember if it means too much estrogen or not enough? But I never got pregnant on the cycles where I had mid cycle spotting, so I’m not sure. Also I’m really sorry ❤️ My thoughts are with you and your family

as for me, I’m feeling a lot better and more hopeful. Still lightly bleeding and lightly testing positive which is annoying but it hasn’t been 2 weeks yet since mc so I guess it can just take a while to go back to normal.

i have some fertility appointments coming up so that’s something to look forward to! My partner has some benefits with work, one of them is that they can cover some cost of IVF. I don’t think I need it as I can get pregnant, but partner and I did consider just using the benefit and trying it out. I’m interested in it cos they pretest the embryo and then choose the best egg, so might help with things like mc. But we’ll still be trying naturally in mean time x

Everything settled down with my period, Dr thinks it's the Citalopram which can cause blood thinning and cause all kind of issues. Coming off of it anyway, so that should make things settle.

@Hopethisendswell what are your plans? Are you gonna try again this next cycle? ☺️

I wish @Plumchumm 😅Definitely a no for us. DH is being super careful now 😆 I'll give it a few months and suggest it again though, just in case he has a change of heart.

Aww the fatigue sucks doesn't it!!! Hopefully you don't get any sickness or nausea! I think the first trimester is one of those times you just have to do what you need to survive!! I slept for 10 hours a night and lived off beige for 13 weeks 😂
