Anyone want to join? I'm going insane!! I'm not sure whether it's because it will be our last chance to have a baby in 2024 or that this is our 5th cycle so if AF comes it then marks half a year of trying, but I'm struggling this cycle. Need distraction! Lol

@ToeBeans24 congratulations. You’ve brightened the thread up with your wonderful news! I also had a mc and I know how scary it can be. The thing that comforts me is reading on here how many people have mc and go on to have healthy children after. You definitely can too, I hope it all goes well.

I thought I was out, I’ve been getting proper BFN. On 11dpo I was really disheartened about it but then I fully accepted it and have been (quite eagerly) waiting for my period bc I’m feeling at peace about it now.

but today at 13dpo I woke up with some light spotting on my underwear - it’s stopped. I thought well that’s predictable because I’m due on tomorrow. But I did my BBT and it’s even higher than my highest one. It should be dropping by now.

i did another test, still bfn.. I think. I see a sort of faint line but I can’t tell if it’s just an indent. 13dpo seems really late to be getting lines so faint. No idea what’s going on lol

i’m worried that even if I’m pregnant might not be viable xx

Thanks @Plumchumm how did you confirm ovulation this month? Could you have have a late ovulation / second attempt like me?

1st time around I didn’t get a bfp until 14dpo xx

I was tracking my BBT, OPK, did a progesterone test. You’re supposed to be able to get a positive on progesterone 5 days after ovulation, to confirm you have ovulated, and I got that.

my spotting came back so I’ll probably just get a drop in BBT tomorrow when my period arrives. Usually it starts coming down a few days before but I heard it can drop on the day too. So the faint line was prob an indent - oh well! better luck next time.

were you sure when you had ovulated when you got your positive at 14dpo? Everyone on these forums say that if you don’t have positive by 12dpo then you’re basically out.

I have been reading through all the stories trying to resist saying anything in fear that once I start talking to like minded people I will start to obsess more about getting pregnant but I need advice and conversation before I drive myself insane lol

im 28, ttc my second. My partner doesn’t have any kids and my daughter with previous partner is almost 9 so I’ve forgotten basically everything about conception and pregnancy 😅

im really confused about my ovulation. My cycle is usually 32 days, give or take a day or so. However this month (first month ttc) my period was 10 days later starting on 10th April, and going by my clue app I should be ovulating 30th April but had a positive opk yesterday morning, had mild cramping on one side yesterday and today and a couple of days ago EWCM which from reading are all signs of ovulation? Is this possible? Hard to judge because my period was so off. If so, we have DTD 18th 21st and 22nd April will this be enough? We will also try to do every night for the next week just incase that wasn’t ovulation..

Why does it feel like I’m just waiting waiting waiting all the time? 😂

Welcome @Peachygal27 ! I think that will be enough tbh. I use OPKs but I think I had 2 surges this month.

@Plumchumm omg any pics?! When I got my BFP at 14dpo in Feb I tested negative at 12dpo. Has severe cramps 12&13dpo so think that’s when I implanted

Was that with your mc? I’m so scared cos they say that eggs that implant later are less viable. 😭

I’ve attached a pic, I know it looks super faint but it’s more visible in rl, and stronger than this morning. It was only a 3 hour hold too since my last test

yes it was with my MC but I don’t think that was the only reason. Hear of lots of people not getting a bfp until after 14dpo! Xx

thanks for the feedback everyone, just wondering if you think it is possible that I’m ovulating at cd13? Even though my cycle is usually 32days? I’m still unsure but all the signs are there lol

I had a miscarriage on 3/3/24 and it was my first pregnancy. Got my period on 3/4/24 and now today is 4DPO for me. It is so nice to see a live thread of 2WW like this and it makes me feel like we are sharing this together!

@Peachygal27 i think so! My ovulation had been all over the shop recently ! Usually CD14. Last month was cd16 (month after a chemical) and this month got positive opk cd14 but don’t think I ovulated then. Had EWCM (loads) after cd14, most at CD23 so I think that’s when I actually ovulated. I’d check out for signs of ovulation as well as a positive OPK just in case xx

Ahh ok thank you! It so stressful actually trying to get pregnant and in school they make it sound like it happens so easily 😂

I had darkest test yesterday morning, 2 days ago lots of EWCM, and yesterday and day before had mild cramps one side which I think is all signs I’ve certainly ovulated? Although opk had started to get lighter again last night and this morning but I’ve just done another one and it’s looking more positive than any previous so I’m confused lol

Welcome 🤗 this is exactly how I felt too, I need someone to share the insanity with, I think partners are great but they don’t understand from a woman’s point of view lol do you find the wait agonising?

@Peachygal27 no I got my bfp yesterday :) but I’m certain I ovulated later than OPK predicted due to previous bfn and also symptoms like EWCM a week after positive opk!

Sorry to hear of your MC @LucyCL I had an early loss in Feb after conceiving first cycle. The month after we weren’t successful and I felt distraught like it would never happen again. Fast forward a month and I got my bfp yesterday 😊

: ) I know my early pregnancy symptoms because of my first pregnancy, such as sore breast and fatigue. Unfortunately I didn't record the first day I started to have the symptoms. So I have no idea when it will happen (or nothing happens until AF) This is what is making this wait so agonising. I am also watching a lot of 2WW videos. What about you?

@Peachygal27 welcome! Sounds like you’ve found your ovulation! Definitely go by them signs and if in doubt maybe start testing if you’re not lucky this month- but it sounds all very positive 🥰

Thanks girls, I’m terrified but tentatively happy. I am just so scared about losing it again or not seeing progress. This morning I got this on an early clear blue which made me feel a bit better. But my afternoon pee it was hardly there, almost negative.

i really hope it’s just because hcg was diluted. I’m so worried it won’t progress
