Anyone want to join? I'm going insane!! I'm not sure whether it's because it will be our last chance to have a baby in 2024 or that this is our 5th cycle so if AF comes it then marks half a year of trying, but I'm struggling this cycle. Need distraction! Lol

yes @Ontheflipside_ you’re exactly right. This cycle is my last chance for a 2024 baby which I so badly wanted 😔 kind of takes the pressure off a bit I guess now if I haven’t conceived as we have a full year of trying for a 2025 baby! Trying to be positive. It’s hard.

Ugh, I did a test and it's completely faulty. Produced a horizontal line rather than nothing/ a vertical. An early clearblue one which requires a verticle line for positive (not a cross etc).

Looking forward to hearing about last night's antics @ToeBeans24 , take our minds off of things 😆

I'm ok about it, after my last two losses I don't think it would have ended well and my chances all these years later can't have improved! So each BFN is sort of sad but a relief.
Had a massive heart to heart with DH about how our long term plans would change so we do have a back up plan if BFP though (including if it's twins!).

So a bit weird...I've lost 2lb now this week. I'm fairly healthy, but have made no effort since 1dpo it's really strange. I'm going to make a Dr's appointment if it doesn't level out by end of the month. Any ideas? Never happened before despite trying!

@Ontheflipside_ @ToeBeans24 I so wanted a baby this year! The idea of all my family having babies at Christmas time and then there is just me and OH… it breaks my heart but hopefully at that point we’ll all be well on the way and perhaps with a bit of luck nearly ready to pop!

So, I’m really not sure what to log as a period- I’m still spotting, day 6! Do I wait until it’s red blood? I’m still getting brown. I’m due on Monday 15th!

Your comment really resonated with me. I am the only sibling with out children and it really hurts. I love being an aunty so much but when there are events etc it’s naturally focused around the children and I feel left out as it’s so wanted 😢 feel a bit empty if that makes sense.

Im still having tones of EWCM 10DPO today. Read it’s a good sign so I will be patient and hopeful despite feeling deflated. I’m not testing again until Monday (12dpo). Oh and cramps yday and today

I know what you mean @MissEmily5 and @ToeBeans24. I was so convinced that 2024 was going to be the year that I had a baby. It's been the plan ever since we got engaged in 2021. We've recently had an offer accepted on a lovely family home on a beautiful street, really close to good primary schools. I just want the baby now to justify the move!

I also tested this morning. I'm not going to call it a negative. It's a too-early-to-be-positive.

@Sarah268 I know what you mean - I stupidly tested at 6dpo (why?!) And now feeling down cos it wasn't positive - have totally stressed myself out over it and panicking about doing it again

I usually just weigh once a week because I'm keeping an eye out for middle age weight creeping on 😆but fairly laid back about it.

@Cherry85 oh no let it out! I’ve got stuck right into my housework today lol keep my mind off it!
I’ve had little cramps on and off this morning tho but none of the nausea feeling I have had, I’m unsure if we DTD enough this month but this was the first month of tracking!

I have read the SMEP book on Amazon, have yous? I found it really interesting so I think that’s the next thing to try, might hang off tho until like June if nothing happens this month, I’d quite like an April/May baby, nice weather for out walking with the pram! Being pregnant during summer is hard work lol I had a winter baby last time do lots of puddles, rain covers and wrapped up for walks newborn 🫧😊🤍

Thought I had af like cramps last night but turned out to be (tmi warning) lava diarrhea after having a spicy takeaway yesterday. I don’t usually eat spicy stuff 😂😭😭🥴 but I do have sore boobs today so there’s that. 3dpo today.
