i got my peak OPK yesterday so just waiting for my temps to confirm ovulation has happened today. Although, late last night I had cramping so it may have been then.
watching and waiting then another long 2WW.

@Ncl31 got my peak yesterday as well. Roll on ovulation

@Ncl31 how long does your ovusense take to confirm? I've had a dip so hoping it will rise over the next few days

@Ella31 it confirms once you’ve had 3 days of a sustained rise. It’s usually about 4DPO when it says yes for sure.
I had a dip yesterday, back up to baseline today so hopefully tomorrow will see it go up.

Brilliant. I had a dip too yesterday and a rise today so hopefully in a few days it will confirm. I'm happy with it so far. How are you feeling about this month. One thing I've noticed is my boobs are very sore which I know is mad as I've only ovulated but they are definitely sorer than before

@Ella31 im just trying not to feel too positive about anything. We managed to DTD 3 times in fertile week - including peak day and ovulation day so hoping that is enough.

when do you plan to test?

5 times on fertile period and every other day. Nothing different to last month though so I'm just wondering how this month will be different. I hope it will.

I’m going to try and leave it until 12DPO if I can, so a week on Tuesday I think. Unless of course I get some blinding symptoms and can’t wait any longer.
I got a faint BFP at 12DPO last time, in the evening.
one of my colleagues who miscarried the same week as me told me she is 5 weeks yesterday, while my heart is so full for her it still hurts so much.

That's so hard @Ncl31 did she know you had a loss. Its a burning pain isn't it? But hopefully you won't be long after her.

I got a positive digital 8dpo last time with my twins. Couldn't believe it. This is cycle 4 now since them.

Don’t be surprised if it takes until 4-5DPO to confirm, mine sometimes does. When i was having massive irregular cycles and very long ones I had no idea when I was ovulating as I refuse to spend a fortune on OPKs to have to do them 75-100 days to find a peak. So I’d find out I ovulated almost half way through the TWW - that was a bonus.

Yes she did know, she come to speak to be personally to tell me as in our job you really can’t keep it secret for long because there’s such a risk assessment to do and you ultimately stop doing lots of things almost immediately. So I was touched she came to tell me personally rather than find out on the grapevine. She checked in on me too. To check I was okay which was sweet.

Hey girls, how is everyone doing?

I’m a bit in my feels today and feeling a bit down. I’m about to enter Month 5 of trying since my miscarriage in November. I’ve just finished my period so waiting for ovulation now.
I’d have been 28 weeks tomorrow if I hadn’t miscarried in November and I’m feeling so sad about it all. All I want is another baby and I feel like everyone else around me is getting pregnant but me! Honestly I never used to feel ‘envious’ of people who were pregnant or have newborns, even during and after my miscarriage but now I see them and wish it was me 😩 I know it’ll happen for us soon but just feeling a bit rubbish today. X

@mamataylor I'm sorry you're feeling so down. I've not worked out the week's id be from MC but I think I'd be fairly similar to you. It's just heartbreaking. I'm about 9dpo today I think. Been nauseous last few days but then turns out my little one and also neice have had a sickness bug rather than it being a sign of anything.
I've not had anyone announce a pregnancy recently but have had am influx of acquaintances asking whether we plan on having a second. I'm sure they think they're just making chit chat but I'm going to be much more careful about throw away comments re children and pregnancy, as its difficult every time.
If you need to wallow for a while then do it. Maybe even with the help of an Easter Egg tomorrow. Then dust yourself down and think positively. You deserve your BFP and successful pregnancy soon.🤞🏻💕🤞🏻

sorry to hear your little one has been poorly - there’s nothing worse!
I’m definitely so much more aware surrounding chats of ttc since my loss. My DH’s best friend has just announced his partner is 12 weeks pregnant, I’m so so happy for them but also feel a bit sad as we want it to happen so much for us too.

We’ve got an Easter egg hunt planned for our 2.5yo tomorrow so that should keep me busy! Hope you and your family have a lovely day tomorrow x

Good Evening All, I hope you don't mind me joining in on your thread. I'm pretty new to all of this unfortunately. I have 3 beautiful girls already, 19, 13 and 10. I recently had a missed miscarriage and and a d and c last Friday. Baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks and found out at 10 weeks the pregnancy wouldn't be continuing but had to wait another week to confirm no growth and then in for surgery when I should have been 12 weeks. Its bloody awful that all of us ladies have and are going through this. I am sorry that you have all had losses and send baby dust to you all.

I'm still bleeding one week on from surgery but hoping to start trying again as soon as I can.

I’m on a drug trial at the moment for PCOS - so taking clomid or letrozole alongside metformin or a placebo.
thankfully I’ve ovulated on day 14-16 in the first 2 months of the 6 month trial.
im really hoping I conceive within these 6 months, I’d happily just have 1. I’m not sure I can go through all of this again another if we’re lucky to have one.

My fingers and toes are crossed for you. I know, I feel like how much more can we take.

Can I be cheeky and ask you what alerted to you to pcos?

i had a laparoscopy years ago which showed cysts on my ovaries - I didnt think anything of it until I stopped my contraception, after 18 months my cycles had never regulated at all. I went to see GP, they ran bloods and asked the typical questions of excess hair etc…. My bloods all came back high, so they diagnosed it along with an ultrasound then referred me to my local fertility centre.

@DonnaWhat so sorry about your miscarriage, I hope your recovery is going okay? I healed really well after surgery so I hope it's the same for you.

Are you thinking of trying straight away or waiting for a period?

@ThelastRolo20 Hoping to try straight away. Before we was expecting our bundle, i was content but since loosing our little one I never realised how much I wanted another baby. 💔 I woke up to loosing clots again, bleeding is only when I wipe but very dark red almost maroon. It's good to hear that you healed well, how have you been? Happy Easter. ❤️

@DonnaWhat I'm so sorry to hear about your MMC. It's awful. I tried straight away last month but it kind of messed with my head and I maybe had a chemical pregnancy so I'm letting a cycle pass before trying again. I understand the feeling of just wanting to get pregnant again 🩷 hope your bleeding stops soon.

@jellyfish2 I'm going to wait for a couple of periods to pass before I start tracking, but I'm not, not trying if that makes sense. How are you getting on?
