When you say no support, I would really hope they'd refer you and get you some support with this? A friend of mine has had 4 early losses and has been referred so I'm really disappointed they haven't tried to support you. You should definitely be able to speak to someone and get things checked over. X @Panda101x

Tried many times sadly no where only thing allowed is progesterone tablets at next postive test if I call them. Can’t seek other help unless I pay. Spoke to tommys they only help if gp refers and they won’t refer. So I’m on my own

Hi, can I join? Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for nearly 3 years, we fell pregnant before Christmas and was in absolute shock and was going for IVF this month. Now we're in lingo, 3 years to get a positive test, to then loose baby at 8 weeks, I'm so confused. I am so ready to crack on but I just feel like 3 years have passed already and why won't life just give us a bit of good luck for once. Re trying again I am not sure I was to track ovulation, as test was showing ovulation 2 weeks ago and then came on my first period since MC which I found really strange?? Not sure what the best thing to do is, came off my first flow since MC 2 days ago. Any advice would be great xxx

can I join? I’ve just had a miscarriage I started bleeding on 2nd feb had a scan on 5th feb to find baby hadn’t developed past 6 weeks I should have been 10 weeks at that point!
I passed everything naturally and got the all clear yesterday! I know they say wait till 1 period but we’ve decided we are just gonna go with the flow see what happens 🤷🏼‍♀️
I am very fortunate I already have 2 lovely little boys ages 7 & 3 so hoping we can add a third and final baby to our family!

Of course you can join and I'm so sorry for your losses. I'm sorry to hear your gp isn't supporting you? Have they sent you for investigation as to why you have had this many.

@Panda101x I'm sorry that's so tough. There are a lot of different stages and miscarriages here so we will support on that side of you need to chat.

@Rockyslife sorry to hear about your MC. They told me to just wait for one period and then fine to try. That's physically though. See how you feel once period is finished?

@TicklishDreamer sorry to hear about your mmc. This happened to me in September at my 12 week scan baby was 10 weeks. Also my third baby. Still trying to complete my little family sadly as the mmc has really messed my cycles up.

I think they just say to wait for a period for your peace of mind knowing dates etc and to make sure everything has passed but really it's down to you and how you feel. This group is fab anyway 🙂

@Claudiasaz thank you! It really took me by surprise as I had no issues with my 2 little boys.
They said to wait for dates but we are just going to get on with life as normal and hope it happens! I’ve promised my other half no OPKs so it doesn’t consume our life again 🤣

really sorry to hear that the mmc messed up your cycles! Hopefully they start to come back as normal soon and you get your BFP!

@TicklishDreamer I completely get this. I conceived my two easily and had no issues. I was floored when it happened. It's taken me quite a while to deal with it mentally to be honest which could be linked to the cycles in fairness.

Anyway! You're in good company! 😂 And let's hope we all get those little ones we long for very soon ❤️

Hi. I pushed and pushed but all I got was well we’re send you for a laparoscopy as u say u have bad periods. That showed endometriosis. They removed that in July. (But we all know can re grow). They won’t do further investigations as only wanted me to have it for period reasons not fertility. I asked for other tests denied. I was told I could have the coil erc for endo reasons obvs I declined as that doesn’t support my issue. So then they said we’ll get pregnant it helps symptoms so I just got upset as obs try that and I fail miserably six times over the four years. So signed of from that and very much still alone. Gp goes. Your 25 young other wise fit healthy now is time to try again as endo is gone. So keep trying. Just makes me annoyed tbh.

I’m TTC my first baby following a MMC at 10 weeks in November. Cycles are a bit haywire.

@Rockyslife It's wonderful that you conceived right before ivf. I'm so sorry it didn't work out for you.

Regarding your cycles, are your pregnancy tests all clear now as ovulation tests can be high if there is still hcg left in your system. It can take a while for your cycle to regulate

@TicklishDreamer I conceived my twins straight after a mc - the next cycle in fact. I unfortunately lost my twins at 29 weeks but that's a different story. So if you feel ready, go for it.

I’m worried if I fall pregnant straight away midwives and doctors are going to tell me off 🤣🤣

Thank you. It was horrific. One stillborn, his brother lived for four days. But I'm getting through each day.

As for getting pregnant soon, no one can give out to you. I think the reason for waiting is for dates or if medically there is a danger. I didn't wait. I'm trying again now and have been since I got all the all clear from my section.

@Ella31 I know I've said it before but this really breaks my heart you went through this. 😥 You're so strong ❤️

@Claudiasaz so are you and all the other ladies here. You all have such painful stories regarding loss and yet here ye are propping and supporting others. I think this journey is so much a mental one than a physical one. As I've said all my docs and likewise have assured me I'll conceive again but I've literally convinced myself I won't because my cycle is irregular since the birth.

@Ella31 it must have just been so hard to meet your little ones and have to say goodbye. I have goosebumps even typing it. I don't know what you believe in but I definitely think they're watching you and getting something special ready for you.

I agree with you the mental load is exhausting. I also convinced myself the same about my cycles and analyse every teeny tiny change or difference! I do feel a lot more relaxed since having my bloods checked over and also stopping opks. I never used them before so I know it's possible to conceive without! And the opks haven't worked so far let's face it 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Hey ladies can I join. I had a loss 2/2 was supposed to be 8 weeks but baby was only measuring 5+5. We have started trying again as age isn’t on my side and I am now 2 DPO. I did the ovulation tests this month and it showed I was ovulating. So now in the tww.

Meeting them was my pride and joy. I held my little boy as he died in my arms at 4 days old and it was then I realised I'm a mother, I actually am. And when I held his other little brother who was born sleeping- I knew what I wanted. I had to let him go though he was desperately ill and it would have been selfish to keep him.

I use opk's as I'm a complete control freak and they have worked for me three times but are you doing dtd every other day because if you are, you are covered anyway. Plus you probably know your own body as well.

The blood check is great. And good reassurance

@Ella31 you're absolutely amazing, I hope you know that. The strength you demonstrate is genuinely inspiring.

You are a mother in every sense of the word ❤️ don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise

@Ella31 I honestly had tears in my eyes reading that. As Rolo said of course you are a Mum. And you were there for your boys at their most vulnerable time, as hard as it was for you yourself. And for anyone else from the moment we get those positive tests they are our babies.

I don't know why these things have to happen. I think even if someone explained it to me I'd still say wtf. But I really hope that you get your positive soon and everything comes together for you. X

@Ella31 I am just trying to do it as much as possible and relax. I am obsessive as a person about these things so I need to let go this month for my own peace 😂
