I've been for my bloods, I told the practice nurse that I’m giving her half the credit for my BFP as she did my smear on ovulation day 😂

Also it was 1st of Feb last year that I got BFP (I wasn’t testing early as we weren’t actively trying) I went straight to doc for bloods that day and they werent back until the Tuesday as it was a bank holiday weekend here (just like this weekend) I’d say the chances of all my dates being the exact same as last year are like a million to one! 🥹 Praying that it’s a sign and that this one is meant to stick 🙏 🌈

@Westy22 still plenty of time to get your bfp, as @SnookyPook says we'll be here to support either way.

@Sez281 ah I wonder what made him think it would be this month, I bet it was fab finally telling him. I agree one day at a time is the best way forward.
I had my smear this month too just after ovulation, maybe it did help haha.
When will you get results for bloods?

@Sez281 that really is some coincidence and a lovely sign that this is the one for you.
Are you getting bloods to check hcg progress?

@Sez281 as if you were refreshing the thread, i feel quite touched ! Ha. Are you happy about the dates matching up or would you have preferred fresh? Tbh, am pretty sure your happy with a bfp full stop.

@xxcxdonxx yeah I don't want to get bogged down with lines on tests so I got hcg bloods today and booked in again next Wednesday to see if they're rising properly. I'm still cramping alot but trying to tell myself that it might be normal 🙏 Hope you're doing ok xx

@Jadeypie sorry to hear work is so busy, at least it will keep you busy now that you're officially in tww though 😉

@Westy22 how are you feeling? You going to hold off testing again?

@Supertrooper101 😂 I genuinely was refreshing it on my phone waiting for your update, I'm so happy that it's good news xx Don't question why you're in weekly, it's a good thing that you'll be monitored so well. It's probably an age and history thing more than anything 👌 (I'll probably be the same as a "geriatric" pregnancy 🙈)

I'm ok now with the dates being the exact same, it's just such a crazy coincidence. Or maybe I'm super fertile in the middle of January 🤷‍♀️I'm just hoping as @SnookyPook said that it might be meant to be as this is the do-over. Just taking it day by day for now 🙏

Thank you guys, you hit the nail on the head @SnookyPook regarding this point being the worst...you have so much hope and then crash down..combined with all the pms and it's the worst week 🤣 I need to really stop early testing as it's so bad for me but I get so excited and forget how crap it makes me feel afterwards lol

I'm going to try and wait it out now I think @Sez281 ateast another few days. My temp went back up today so think AF is still a few days away.

Lovely to hear the positives from everyone though and I'll snap out of my mood soon lol I'm focused on counting down to my docs appointment now and how I'm going to convince them to give me clomid or something 🤣 it's a different gp as the last one wasn't available so I'm nervous they will have a different attitude. X

@Westy22 totally get you. I was like that the other day with my tests. I got about a hundred pics of them because I could see whipers, think it was a dodgy batch easy@home ones. So don't worry, you're not the only one who does it, haha. I'm not buying any tests until one needs to be done. It's like when u do one then the addiction kicks in and you have to do one every day till af shows because you keep saying to yourself could be a false negative because I'm too esrly!! I hope that's the case for you this cycle xx

@Jadeypie @Sez281 well if it's worked for all 3 of us there must be something to having your smear done 😂 although I was stressed they'd find something.
@Westy22 keeping my fingers crossed for you, you have tested very early so still a good chance you'll get a positive 🤞

@Jadeypie oh I forgot you had yours around the same time. Hopefully it's catching 🤞

@Westy22 I totally get it it's a double edged sword. I am a serial tester. I've had so many cycles of really bad evaps so I came to not expect anything ever and just did them out of curiosity which I one sounds weird. But I also preferred to know when AF was coming. It's a positive sign that your bbt is up so fingers crossed 🤞 Also great that you have your doc appointment coming up. Go in all guns blazing 💪 xx

@Westy22 I second @Sez281 about going in all blazing! I had a list of symptoms and questions on my phone and also pretended I was @Supertrooper101 hahaha xx

Haha @Jadeypie ill start preparing a list and practice being more like @Supertrooper101 🤣 I'm not good when I go the docs I end up crying and they automatically say therapy 🤣🙈

I swear my body knows when I try to switch off from testing....it's like I know I'll send some pinky/brown mixed in CM that will hook her back in 🤣 proper mind games. 11 dpo CD28, temp is higher today and the CM has definitely got my attention, however my cycles have been shorter in the last 6 months so this could be the start of AF..although it usually hits me full force when it arrives. Pray for me 🤣🤣🤣 i have no tests so I'm not testing 🙏

Oh @Westy22 that sounds really interesting, I would definitely be encouraged by the cm and high temp 😳 How long are your cycles usually? I know what you mean about going on in armed with questions and falling apart, I try to be like @Supertrooper101 and it comes out like verbal diarrhoea 🙈😂 Keep us updated if you do decide to test 🤞 xx

I'm only cd29 today, time is dragging so much🫠, it feels so ridiculously early as I have such short cycles (AF was due on cd23) But I decided to do the weeks indicator test this morning as by my calendar I'm 4+1 and I got a "2-3 weeks" pregnant so I'm tentatively happy with that🙂. Also I finally marked myself in my app to start tracking. I'm not getting ahead of myself though, I will see how bloods come back and if they go up next week 🙏

@Westy22 i rekon all that is postive and also a mind fk lol when is af actually due? Love that you go in to appointments determained and come out with therapy 🤣 you defo need some, you know, i cant even think of the word lol some kind of skill to keep you strong and focused lol am emotionless so quite the opposite to you. Think with my smear @Sez281 the results were on the gps system a few days later, got a text message few days after that and then a letter wks after that lol if your worried ring them but am sure they ring your for any abmormalities. Yay to the expensive wks indicator lol let me know if tour screen vanishes after 24hrs lol there a right beast of a stick arnt they lol so next week you should get a 3+..... the extra epu support, looking at the appointment summery, i was referred to them by the ferrility clinic so maybe cos of that....but the , what is it, genaric moms....int that like 35 yr olds haha is there another name for over 40s haha ... whats your due date then...mrs ...am not getting ahead of myself 🤣

Thank you for the well wishes for today! The midwife has phoned and I'm in for induction this afternoon, so hopefully will be able to provide an update over the weekend all being well :)

It says im due on Tuesday, my cycle was 32 last month then before that it's been 30,31,27 so they have changed a bit. So I guess it's just watch and wait 🤣 @Sez281 @Supertrooper101
