Hmm, I dont really get the whole DPO thing but i THINK I am 6DPO. I peaked on the 28th of September. With my five year old and previous pregnancy, I felt unbelievably sick and I definitely do not feel like that at all so I dont think it works. I know people say it is still early but i feel like I know my body x

@LouiseM29 oh there's plenty of time for that to hit haha but your nearly half way through the ttw or the trenches as it feels sometimes haha. I actually thought I knew my body but it's completely done a 360 on me haha xx

@SnookyPook what dpo are you at now? It's so hard to remember where everyone is. also my toddler likes to fry my brain on a daily haha xx

Much better tbh @Jadeypie thank you , distracted myself with house interior plans and planning on dragging the OH the cinema this eve. Tested again just to be sure as I've not come on yet and still negative lol I feel super hormonal this cycle like my hormones have ramped up, think AF is gonna be horrific 🤣😱

@Jadeypie I'm 7dpo and desperately trying not to symptom spot... haha. Been very gassy the last two days... 🤪🤔😩

@Jadeypie @Westy22 I'm ok thanks. I'm very crampy this evening so pretty sure AF will arrive as scheduled tomorrow at 10dpo 😞 I know those tests looked so promising but I really knew not to get my hopes up. I actually read somewhere that the egg just has to brush passed and not even successfully implant and a bit of hcg might release so maybe that's what happened. Either that or I'm just the unluckiest person with indents ever 🙈 I made a vow with myself today never to test early again. I only have a short LP so it's ridiculous reading into anything going forward.
@LouiseM29 6dpo means you're at the hump of the tww now, hopefully it flies in and fingers crossed for you 🤞
@Westy22 enjoy the cinema, nice distraction👌 xx. @Jadeypie hopefully you're near the end now and can move on to the relaxed cycle xx. @SnookyPook gassiness is a sign just saying 🤷‍♀️😂

@SnookyPook no matter how much we try I think it's impossible not to symptom spot unless you rnt ttc!! But I agree with @Sez281 hahah xx

@Sez281 it sounds like your taking it well. But I totally agree those indents and evaps just rnt worth the early testing are they! I'm with you no early testing till missed af.

Yeh i feel like am nearing the end. It's strange but this af has felt like the most normal one I've had in months even tho I was 9 days earlier than usual. Xx

AF arrived this afternoon still quite light atm but she's here so that's something.

We watched The Creator @SnookyPook decent film actually and distracted me a bit, pregnancy featured a fair bit which I didn't realise 🙈🤣 so that was annoying.

Has anyone read much about L-Arginine I bought it as I read its good for thickening the lining of your womb 🤣 another magic pill. I have quite light periods which makes me think it doesn't thicken up much?

@Jadeypie sorry to hear AF has arrived. Also very annoying that the film had so much in it. It's Murphys law! 🙄 There's an ad for early pregnancies that seems to play on my local tv channel every 15 mins, it drives me crazy. Even ads on the radio for covid/flu vaccines and the importance in pregnancy. Maybe I'm just super sensitive to it 😕Oooh I must look that up as mine have gone very light. Even after my CP it was light and only lasted 3 days so might be worth checking out.

AF was due for me today 10dpo and still no sign. My LP is so short I never get passed 11DPO so it might be a good thing if it drags on another day or 2 and maybe it means that the vitamins have extended it a bit as well as my ov date 🤷‍♀️ I'm feeling a little bit sad today, probably just hormones as AF on the way but I just realised that today would have been my due date. I was always aware it was sometime this week but went back through calendar earlier and it was definitely today 😕 I'm ok though, I am still weirdly positive that it is going to happen and have that fertility appointment in 2 weeks so lots to look forward to 🙏🌈

Hi @Westy22 sorry to hear AF has arrived, a new cycle is on its way shortly and everything crossed for that one. I haven’t heard of that, anything’s worth a shot though? I was listening to the ‘Don’t tell me to relax’ podcast a while ago and there was an episode on light or short periods, I can’t remember the outcome of it however so that isn’t very helpful!

@Sez281 I remember seeing others mentioning a change in their cycles after switching their vitamins up, hopefully the next few days brings some clarity. Sorry to hear it is your due date, it’s actually mine today too 🥹. I love your positivity, it absolutely will happen for you.

A little update from me is following another scan today, my miscarriage is now ‘complete’. I was due to go in for a mva tomorrow but started heavily bleeding on Sunday night and everything has now passed. I’ve been referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic and they are going to do genetic testing on the pregnancy but I don’t really hold out much hope on getting any answers. My GP called me
yesterday to check in on how I was which was really kind and unexpected and has suggested getting some bloods taken, no harm in getting any extra info or ruling out any deficiencies etc. 😊

Awww @xxcxdonxx I can't believe it's yours today too. I'm so sorry, I feel more for you today than me after all you've been through the last few weeks 🥹💖 That was so nice of your gp to call, and definitely no harm to get bloods done. That podcast sounds right up my alley. I'll have to add it to my playlist 👌😂 xx

@Sez281 @xxcxdonxx sending extra big due date hugs your way (although conscious I'm now a day late..) not a nice milestone to have to pass. Hope you're both ok. I do love your positivity Sez 🥰

@xxcxdonxx so glad for you that the physical part is done and that you didn't need the interventions. Although the finality of it is tough isn't it. I hope you've managed to be gentle with yourself and that you have good people around you giving you some tlc. Great that your GP has been so understanding.

pregnancy update here, skip if you don't want to read

@Sez281 @Jadeypie and @SnookyPook thanks for the kind replies! I'm 20 weeks now and have my 20 week scan this morning - we already know it's a boy from a private 16 week scan. Excited to see him again today.
Not doing too badly- heartburn is getting worse so I'm glugging the gaviscon, and pregnancy insomnia at the same time every night (like right now), but apart from that feeling pretty good. Work has been so busy with lots of travel but it calms down in November so I'm looking forward to nesting a bit then.

I'm sorry your early tests weren't bfp after all this month @Sez281 I know how devastating that is, even when you're desperately trying not to get hopes up. Thinking of you all especially as our mc due dates roll around this month.

Ahh @Sez281 @xxcxdonxx hope your both feeling okay with the due dates passing ❤️ your rainbows will come 🌈 mine is Christmas week which I'm thankful will be the busiest week known to man in my workplace so I'll be ready for the distraction.

It's lovely that your gp rang you @xxcxdonxx hope your okay and like @Sez281 says hope you have lots of support and give yourself time to process. ❤️

@Jadeypie how are you getting on?

So I've finally found someone that does fertility acupuncture and I'm really interested in starting it, got to schedule a call will her first to discuss and then hopefully we can move forward. In the meantime I'm having reflexology and massage next week to try and bring some calm to my life lol x

@Hankthehonk thanks for the update and hope you enjoy your scan today (I feel that's more possible at this stage and after your healthy 16wk one!).

@Westy22 ooh that sounds positive. My Sis had fertility acupuncture after several losses - she fell pregnant with my niece during the course I think (also helped she was being seen by recurrent miscarriage clinic by that point and got progesterone pessaries but still...!)

@Hankthehonk I think the 20 weeks scan is the best it's such a nice one to have obviously because they are bigger and you get a better look! Xx

@Sez281 @xxcxdonxx thinking of use 🥰my due date will be Wednesday its crazy to think how quick that times gone already! I'll be lighting a little candle xx

@Westy22 still on af should be finished tomorrow. I've just really lost the urge to be pregnant for next cycle because obviously my hormones are up the wall and I'm still waiting for my appointment for the specialist. I'm really in the zone with my health kick 4 and a half pound down being more active eating loads of veg ect which will be good for the extra vitimans so amnjust putting all my energy into that and then hopefully when the times right in my body we will get our surprise xx

@Hankthehonk Aww the 20 week scan is so exciting! Such a milestone ☺️ I'm sure it'll make the heartburn and insomnia worth it! 😂

@Westy22 I'm dying to hear how you find the fertility acupuncture, I don't know if there's anything like that in my area but really interested to see how you go!

@Jadeypie Wow that's an amazing loss, well done! 💪🙌 I don't think I've lost a pound 🙈 I feel so bloated I actually need AF to show soon as I think a lot of it is hormonal as this is my longest cycle ever 🥴

thank you @Jadeypie and thinking of you for Wednesday. Amazing work on your health kick too, that’s a fab loss! I use to be quite good with my exercise but it’s all kind of fallen away. I think I’ll look into some classes I could go to, I’m better when following instructions.

I’d love to hear how you get on @Westy22 , a massage sounds great too, I could also use some of that calming energy 🧘🏼‍♀️

Morning all, so I'm 3 days late now. Although my app just doesn't know what's happening due to the crazy late ovulation 🥴 I'm still only 12dpo, bfn this morn (I had a dream last night there was a line 🙈) but I didn't get a faint line until the evening of 12dpo in July so I'm still holding onto a teeny bit of hope 🤞

@SnookyPook how you getting on? When is AF due for you?

@xxcxdonxx I spoke too soon. I should have waited until after 9.30am to test as AF always arrives at that time.. and it’s after arriving with a vengeance 😭 Oh well onto the next cycle.. now to buy some preseed and cough syrup 😂
