4DPO yet again, are you with me?

Today's 4DPO. This is second TWW after a miscarriage and that was the first time I was pregnant :(

First TWW after the miscarriage was very hard and very emotional for me, i was symptom spotting every little thing. This time around I feel calmer but its still 4DPO and my brain knows its too early for HcG to be there but not sure how I will be from 10DPO onwards.

Who else here is going through the TWW and how are you coping?

@bunnynbear I was same with cramps Thursday and then all gone Friday morning so was sure af was coming but test says different 😅

so I tested this morning but I was up at 3 and 5 to pee in middle of the night (not the norm for me) I thought the test would be completely clear but still a faint line tg (attached)

@BabyUxX thanks for the words of encouragement. Have you tested? How you feeling?

I'm a little bit anxious to test cos of the fear of disappointment (even tho I'm psyching myself for a bfn) but at the same time if I'm not pregnant I'll just like af to come and then can focus on next cycle. But I'm going to a friends birthday party so will focus on having a good time there

@DmcinT atleast there's still a line! Hcg may still be low so test in a few days time. How you feeling?

That's exactly my sentiment too. I just want to know either way, but too scared to test....

I get you @bunnynbear! I feel the same. You get so disappointed seeing that 1 line. Its so hard, please let us know how you get on 🤞! I haven't tested at all yet, I'm on the day af is due and still no sign of it yet.. I bet it will come soon though I've not been late for a few months now so doubt I'll be late.. usually come every 28 days and it's 28th day today. Will keep you all updated xx

Tested this afternoon and it was bfn, very stark white. I know, not out until af but I just get a feeling that af will come. I have three days wait for that. It's like having the mentality "why would I be so lucky to get pregnant so quickly"

Good luck @BabyUxX and @bunnynbear, we're not out yet. I did a cheapy earlier. It must have been a dud because not lines came up, not even on the test line. I had sensitive boobs earlier, but not now. Symptom spotting is the worst 🤦‍♀️

I'm still testing bfn but af is due on Tuesday. I think it's now just a waiting game for af to start.

I'm disappointed and it does hurt but trying to put a brave face on and focus on the next cycle as another chance.

How are you doing @DmcinT and everyone else? How was it yesterday?

@bunnynbear oh I’m so sorry ur feeling low, I felt like this a few days last week so u never know, as they say your never out until af arrives so 🤞🏽🤞🏽

im feeling good, very swollen lower tummy so I feel like I look 4 months already.

tests showing much darker line so that’s given me peace of mind

@DmcinT yes it does look like a darker line! That's a great start! It's such an exciting time for you.

Yeah I know but at the same time, last cycle at 12/13 dpo I also had no symptoms and bfn and this time it feels no different. But everyone else here who are getting bfp, reminds me there's still hope in future cycles

@bunnynbear I caved and tested 2 days ago bfn for me too. Af can arrive from yesterday to 31st so it's just a waiting game now.

What supplements does everyone take? I’m just on pure folic acid but wondering if I should be taking anything else? I keep seeing Maca root and Coq-10 pop up

Thanks @foulplay and @Giles1008 I also did clear blue digital this morning and it’s showing me at 4 weeks which I should be today so that’s a bit of relieve. I’m nervous of twins or triplets again but hcg would prob have shown me at 5-6 weeks if it was so 🤞🏽

@ManchesterRoad I bought some CoQ-10 yesterday, I've not heard of maca root (off to look it up!) I just take a general vitamin at the moment.
I took an online cheapy today which came back as negative, so I'm pretty sure I'm out of the game for this month now.

@ManchesterRoad I am taking big dose of Q10 (600mg) due to age.. and Fertility Blend. Last one is good for me as it has Chasteberry, even without fertility but for hormones 🙈
This now for 6 months...so hopefully during IVF in august they will still manage to find good eggs
Yeah I am out as no symptoms, did test - BFN, though I know only 8dpo..but usually I would have at least running to the toilet during night. So I am out I think...

@foulplay I'm in the same boat as you. Still testing bfn 14dpo but af is due tomorrow. Just waiting for it to come and getting the signs it's coming.

@Giles1008 I'm already thinking of fertile window and maybe going away for a few days just so it doesn't feel like a chore!

@ManchesterRoad I take folic acid and pregnacare pre-conception tablets. Everyone keeps telling me folic acid is the most important thing to take.

@TT82 when is af due? I usually count myself out at 12 dpo. I'd say wait a few days you still have some hope

Got bfn on strip at 11 dpo today, but it wasn't morning wee. Will try again tomo in the morning, if bfn then i will give up hope for this month. Feel so deflated.

@DmcinT Tell me about it! I don’t have any symptoms and don’t feel pregnant at all! I’ve calculated it around mid Feb! How about you? X

No AF this morning, although I've got cramps. I've got a Longhaul flight on Thursday, so I'm wishing AF to hurry up now.

@foulplay i know the feeling! still testing bfn. AF is due today, usually would've started by now (i usually start cramping in the middle of the night and by 5/6am af is here!). got no crampings but there are other signs af is coming (but mild). so it is very much a waiting game
